Brotherly affection

Before you start reading, I just wanted you to know it's not an Eclipse x moon story. It's a brotherly relationship so don't think that way, please. Might put a ship later but not right now.

Now on with the story.

Moon sits in the chair behind the security desk, looking through the cameras, not paying attention to the large doors of the daycare opening, or who is entering. Eclipse walks in and looks around the daycare to see Sun cleaning while humming the daycare tune, not paying attention, making Eclipse groan with how many cleaning supplies he uses.

He then looks over to the desk, seeing Moon on the computer. He quietly chuckles as he walks to the desk. "Hello, Moon." Eclipse says slightly, startling Moon as he looks up. "What do you want, Eclipse?" Moon groans.

Eclipse chuckles at Moon's face. "Just wanted to see your angry face for my amusement." Eclipse says. Moon mutters a few words under his breath.

Eclipse smirks as Moon looks back at the computer, allowing him to quietly walk behind Moon to see him looking at a design for a poster for the daycare.

"Why would you only put a picture of the excited idiot on the poster." he says, hinting at Sun. Moon continues to look at the computer, choosing not to say anything to Eclipse, knowing he's only trying to get on his nerves.

The large doors open as Solar walks in looking for Moon. He looks over, seeing Eclipse looking over Moon's shoulder, making him walk over. Moon looks up, seeing Solar not paying attention to Eclipse behind him looking at Solar with hate in his eyes.

"Hey, Solar." Moon says. Solar doesn't say anything for a couple of seconds.

"Hey" Solar says, then looks directly at Eclipse, making Moon look behind him. "What are you doing?" Moon groans.

"Just looking at the new poster, why did you only put the idiot ball of sunshine on the poster and leave you out of it?" He says. Moon groans.

"It's not a big deal, I don't care." Moon says. Eclipse didn't like that answer, not one bit. He knows that what Moon said is a complete lie. He knows that he does care, and it annoys him that Moon is lying to him. He feels sick that Moon would say a complete lie that he knew that he couldn't believe.

Eclipse wanted nothing more than to take care of Moon if only he would just let him.. if he would just let him take care of him like he wanted to.. if only Moon wasn't so stubborn towards him all the time. He doesn't mind seeming like the bad guy to everyone. He's gotten used to being hated since the beginning. He didn't care that they all hated him, he doesn't give a crap, but he still felt hurt to see the hate in Moon's eye... his Moony.. his little brother, who he wished, would just let him take care of him like the older brother he is.

Solar fake coughs, "I just wanted to see if there's anything I need to fix." He says.

Moon taps his fingers on the table as he thinks for a second. "The drink dispenser needs fixing again." Moon says. Solar sighs a little frustrated. He fixed those machines just the week before, and now they're broken again. He wonders why they keep breaking and wonders if he should just get rid of them and get new ones or just make it so they fix themselves. He groans but doesn't say anything. He looks at Eclipse, wondering what he's up to this time as he looks at the computer. "I'll do that later. Right now, we should probably prepare for the day." Solar says as he glares at Eclipse before looking at Moon worried for his safety.

Eclipse groans, wanting to yell and scream, but he decides not to. He isn't a child. He's an animatronic and doesn't want to act like the kids that run around and cry and scream. Moon felt a little bit better that Solar was in the room with him, so he was not alone with Eclipse.

"Now this is done. Let's help out Sun with whatever is left to do." Moon says abruptly, standing up. Moon walks up to Sun as he stacks the barrels, making sure they're in the right order. Solar coughs, making Sun turn around. "Oh hey Solar, Moon, do you need anything?" Sun asks.

"Is there anything you need us to do before we open?" Moon asks. Sun looks around, not seeing anything. He looks back at them. "Nope, everything is good to go." Sun says happy to be done preparing for the kids. "Hm, alright, well, let's open the daycare." Moon says. Solar grabs his tools, making sure he has everything he needs. "I'll get started on the dispenser. Call if you need me to fix anything." Solar says as he walks to the large doors.

"Bye, Solar." Sun says. Solar waves back, not facing them. He stops walking to look at Eclipse. "What's your plan?" Solar says, trying not to alert the others. Eclipse chuckles, "What are you talking about?" He says sarcastically, making Solar get frustrated. "You know exactly what I'm talking about. Standing right behind Moon, watching his every move." Solar says. Solar looks at Eclipse, ready to attack him if he makes a wrong move. "I'll ask again. What are you up to?" Solar asks.

Eclipse groaned in frustration hearing Solar mentioning what he was doing behind Moon. He wanted nothing more than to jump over the desk and attack Solar until he was nothing more than scrap. He clenches both his fists.

"What I do is none of your business." Eclipse says as he clenches his fist tighter, trying not to lash out. "And why would I tell you." He says. Solar storms out, making Eclipse feel accomplished. 

He looks at the computer, seeing the new poster still not liking the picture. He smirks as he starts to think of what to do. He walks out the large doors, coming up with his next plan as he walks somewhere no one can interrupt him. He thinks back to his earlier thoughts of how to get his little Moony to trust him more than those who he thinks are insufficient to him.

"I'll show you I'm the better choice, Moon," he says, walking out the door then walks up the stairs in deep thought as the doors close behind him.
