Author's note - This is my first time writing on Wattpad.  I hope people see it.  I'm open to ideas but I have most of the story worked out already.  Enjoy!  :)

Bonnie's POV:

As I walked into the coffee shop where I work, all I can think about is that I'm finally going to be eighteen this October. I know it's like two months away but I'm so excited for it. Maybe my dad will finally see me as a mature adult. I've been trying to prove it to him for months which is why I got this job. At least he trusted me enough to leave me at home while he went on his business trip, but not without giving me a talk about locking the doors, and coming straight home from work. It's a Tuesday so it's not that busy.

"Hi, MJ," I say as I go behind the counter to start work. She is helping a customer so she just waves at me. I put on my apron and start stocking pastries.

"So, you look all happy and smiley. What's up?" She asks with her usual calm voice.

"Oh, nothing really. You would probably think it's stupid." She raises her eyebrow, already judging me. "See. You look like you're ready to judge and I didn't even tell you."

"I'm not. Is it a boy? Bonnie, do you have a boyfriend?" She crosses her arms.

"No, it's not a boy. Ew. I don't have time for that," she raises her eyebrow again when I say that. "Besides, I can't find any good ones. They're either ugly or very good looking but entitled." I start helping a customer who has walked in.

"Have you ever given one of them a chance? I mean look at me." She keeps following me around as I get the customer's order.

"Have a nice day," I say to the customer. "Good for you, MJ. But there's no one for me right now. There can't be two Peter Parkers in one place." I start making more coffee.

"Wait, are you jealous?"

"No, of course not. You and Peter are perfect together. All I'm saying is he is a very sweet guy and what are the chances of having two of someone like him? And my dad doesn't even let me date," I start the coffee maker and start making a customer's tea. "Are you gonna help me or not?" She's been following me around as I work, doing nothing. The doorbell jingles and I get back to work as she looks to see who it is.

"Bonnie!" She hisses at me and grabs my arm. "It's Tony Stark!"

"What?" I look towards the door but she puts her face in front of mine so I can't see.

"No, don't look."

"Why not?" She rolls her eyes when I ask like it's such a dumb question.

"It's Tony Stark, that's why. You can't just stare at him." She glances over her shoulder. He has just sat down at one of the tables.

"Oh, you wanna make a good impression on him. Because Peter works for him, right?" I smirk at her because I barely see her flustered.

"No, well maybe. What is he even doing here?" She keeps glancing at him, trying not to stare.

"Why don't you go ask him? Like ask him what he would like." I give her a nudge. "C'mon, you're never shy."

"Alright, fine." She goes around the front counter to his table to talk to him. I help customers until she comes back.

"So, what did he say?" I can't help smiling; she looks awkward.

"Uh, he said he didn't really want anything. Just a coffee. And he knew who I was." She smiles at me.

"Really? Wow. Did he like you?" I keep smiling at her and it finally pisses her off.

"Yeah, I think so. I have to get his coffee so stop smiling." She goes to the back to get something; it's probably to fix her face. I glance over at him to see what he's doing; he's fucking staring at me. Like directly at me. He's wearing a very nice suit of course; not the Iron Man one. I look away for a second and then look back to see if he stopped looking but he's still staring at me.
