Traveler's POV:
I was just walking through mondstand after I was done in Sumeru, when I saw Venti talking to Klee, I was going to call them but I realized that they were having a conversation
So I decided to evesdrop
The things that I heard were
"Venti, why did the ... looking for you?"
He seemingly shrugged to her innocent question
'Huh? Who was looking for him?'
I got closer to hear what they were talking about
"Now that I look at you... You look like Barbatos "
I was not surprised by the fact that someone finally connected the dots
(She didn't realize she (Venti) choked on her spit)
"Wow Klee found out the tone deaf bard's secret that anyone in mondstand" the emergency food/ companion/ yapper/ Paimon said in the most calmest voice I have heard her say
Although I do agree with Paimon, no offense to Venti or anyone else but SOME mondstand people should really need to have their brains and eyes (except for Glory or Gloria (I forgot her name) because you know why) check, because they literally can't see the resemblance between the statue and Venti, dumdas-
"Ok! Klee will keep this a secret"
Ok that one sentence alone makes it clear that Venti told her the truth (mood swing)
"Traveler let's go talk to the tone-deaf bard" the way Paimon said it made me raise an eyebrow, questioning why
Before I could give my answer she apparently chose my silence as a yes, and started going to Venti as fast as she could, (guess I will question that another time)
I tried keeping up with her, but she was flying so fast that I thought that she would self explode
She finally stopped floating and was behind Venti, she turned around to look at me with an apologetic expression for letting me follow her before turning back to face Venti's back
"Wow, Venti telling someone his secret ? Now that's something I didn't know" she said it in a kind of teasing voice
I giggled when Venti seemingly jumped when he heard her voice
"Indeed it is quite a surprise" I seemingly answered her to let Venti know that it was us two
I smiled when Venti greeted us with a warm smile
"Welcome back to mondstan (someone needs to tell me what the correct spelling is), ... traveler"
No one's POV:
The traveler smiled back
"Thanks for the warm welcome, Venti"
She thanked her for the welcome
Meanwhile Venti was having a mental breakdown on how she almost called the traveler by their sibling's neckname
'Oh dear Celestia! I almost called Lumine by his neckname! F^ck! Damn it what do I do!? Do I send an apology letter to him? (Bish you did not even call her that close to his neckname) Do I end my life now? What do I do!?'
But she pretended that she is just being normal and not having a mental breakdown in the front
"Soo, how are you and your travels?" She asked, very curious even though she was spying on them on their travels, she could not see some of it as there was an invisible barrier that made her not see it
"Well it started very well and was amazing then it became a hellhole" she said in a very monotoned voice
"I see, but traveler you didn't answer the first question I asked you"
"... I'm fine"
"I see..., and you didn't answer my second question properly "
"I... I will tell it all to you all later, cause right now I need rest"
Venti did say that he was interested in her adventure but she can tell him about it later
Venti seems to understand and let her go rest

They booked an apartment in one of the hotels in mondstan (I don't know if they have other hotels than the goth hotel, so pretend that they do)
"Heee, finally i can rest"
She plopped down on the bed, wanting to sleep forever and never wake up
"Hehe, you really are tired, huh traveler?"
Who the heck wouldn't?
She wanted to say in response, but sleep over came here and fell asleep

Venti was in Windrise under the tree playing with her lyre even though it was night
She stopped playing her lyre looking at the person she was waiting for
The person had an apologetic look
"I'm sorry for being late"
They fidgeted with the ends of their clothes
Venti cringe looking at the scene before her mentally
'It looks like an uwu girl trying to get her alphas attention' she thought breaking the fourth wall
"It's no big deal"
She smiled and was not a gentle one it was more of an interrogation type of smile
"So what is it that you want from me..."

A/n: Hi guys! Sorry for not posting a new chapter, the last two weeks were just me being very busy, we had our periodical test, I got sick, had a cough, had a headache (and still does but is very small now), thematic performance, and now we will have our teachers day tomorrow, so yeah, but I also said that I will only post when I want to so :3 ehe, but I also think that I will do my future chapters with only 500-850 words cause of my motivation not being with me, and I'm very invested in the reaction videos of the Genshin Impact fourth anniversary reaction video, so my motivation is not much but I will try my best to post
