Well, they're both together with each other. How? If you watched the venom mv (I'm sure you have..... everybody has watched it.. but if you haven't go watch it😭😪) anyways you can see that at the end Felix and Seungmin are together, because they found the exit door

Now, I want to explain what lonely street is about. I'll try my best for it to be as simple as possible.
So, this mv is mostly about real emotions and problems people have gone or have to Go through and feel.
At the beginning, you see jisung standing alone of the fog, symbolizing the foggy feeling you have when you feel yourself being lost.
