You're woken by the feeling of kisses being placed all over your face. Moving slightly, your eyes open and land on a pair of the most beautiful eyes you've ever seen in your life. Ocean blue eyes that you could get lost in for hours if you had the chance.
Your eyes widen slightly when you realise who it is and the fact that he's already home.
"Hello beautiful, I didn't mean to wake you up" he whispers with a smile on his face.
"You're back already?" You ask him confused "What time is it?"
Reaching for your phone you realise it's only just turned 11pm the same night.
"I can't believe you're back" you say pulling him into a hug burying your head in his shoulder.
He softly rubs your back smelling your scent, the scent he always misses whilst he's away.
"I missed you so much" you say as small sobs escape your mouth.
He tightens his hold on you, whispering in your ear "I missed you too baby".
Once you've calmed down he pulls away, wiping your tears with his thumbs he gently kisses you on the lips. A kiss of love, both of you expressing how much you've missed each other's touch. He slowly pulls away rubbing his thumb across your cheek.
"Let me go wash up then I'll join you okay?" He whispers before kissing your forehead and making his way into the bathroom.
Whilst he's in the bathroom you suddenly remembered that you'd taken a pregnancy test earlier in the day and that you've actually got a baby in your tummy. For real. You place your hand over your belly, slightly rubbing it whilst fresh tears fall from your eyes. The realisation that you're going to become a mother and bring a life into the world with the love of your life makes you emotional beyond belief.
Just then the bathroom door clicks open and Lando quietly walks into the room. His gaze falls on you and he immediately rushes over after noticing the fresh tears on your cheeks and your hand placed over your stomach.
"Love, whats wrong? Is your stomach paining?" He asks quickly with a look of concern etched over his face.
"It's just period cramps Lan, I'll be fine don't worry" you respond placing your hand on his cheek to reassure him.
You know that you've just lied straight to his face but you can't tell him the truth otherwise it'll ruin your whole plan.
However he runs downstairs after insisting on grabbing you some medicine and a hot water bottle. You're not sure whether you should take the medicine having not seen a doctor yet, so when he returns to the bedroom you pretend to place the tablet in your mouth but secretly hide it in your bedside table.
You place the hot water bottle over your stomach and cuddle into Lando's warm embrace under the covers. He places sweet kisses all over your face and gently rubs your back as you slowly drift off to your dream land. Once he's sure you've fallen asleep he closes his eyes too and soon falls asleep as well.
