The next morning in Padewan, a Gawim family awoke normally. They ate breakfast normally. They sat normally. Not one member said a word.
Then the father of the household said this: "I'm tired of keeping quiet about this."
"Uarkugan, please..." Pleaded the wife. "Not like last night."
"I'm sorry, Wilifaiayn, but we can't stay silent on this... our leader was nearly slain."
"Not slain, badly wounded."
"From an attack."
"It was some sort of accident. Vaschun, whose side are you on?"
Their teenage son looked blank, thinking. "Father seems... logical."
"No, no..." Moaned the mother. "You can't join him."
"It's the only explanation, mother. Their leader has betrayed us."
"And what will you do about it?"
The father and son left with no explanation.
"Come back! What are you planning!" Came the last futile call from Wilifaiayn.

In Treti, a group of Toyus were preparing for their exercising routines. None conversed with the other. Then the one was equipping his armor said: "I feel bad for Rememda."
"Juibanii," Said a female by him, her name was Tillafidel. "I know you feel for him, but he is a criminal. He tried to convince the Gawims are bad, behind the fictitious plot against our leader."
"Well, maybe he's..."
"He's wrong, completely WRONG!" Said a Toyu by the lockers, his name was Ghalialia. "Two of my Gawim friends were deeply offended by his speech. He needs to be caught and disciplined."
"You all don't understand. Rememda went through terrible things, all of us did. He was one of the worst outliners. You've got to feel a little sympathetic. He's scared."
"Unfortunately, that sympathy is gone. No respect for liars."
"Then, I don't want to be with some neglecters." And he jumped away from them.
"HEY!" Shouted GHALIALIA.
But Juibanii didn't elaborate and disappeared.
-------
"Father, just where actually are going."
"You just see it when we get there."
"I hate mystery."
As the two walked along, another Gawim came beside them.
"Uncle Morforon why are you."
"I seem to have the same idea as my brother."
"We shall carry on anyways."
The three continued and were joined by more Gawims, departing from the side into their group. Soon there were 80 in all. 63 males, 9 females, 8 children.
"This is too much." Vaschun said.
"Support is support." Said Uarkgan. "Something I've learned in the days of ruin. Look."
This was the destination, the prison. It was a one large dull black block with guards at all sides. The Uarkgan and others stood at the enterance.
"May we help you." Said one of the guards. He was a Toyu and his name was Algitwau.
"We want Bennec out of there!''
"Absolutely not. Why would you want him anyways."
"Because he was true."
