Kass' POV

We got back to to the hotel everyone was in our room, I don't even know how they got in. Kayla went and hugged Nash. I would have wolf whistled but I cant whistle.

I saw Shawn sitting in the corner with his hood up looking at his phone as if he lost something really important to him.

I wonder what?

Shawn's POV

Kayla came in and gave Nash a great big hug and he hugged her back like he was going to never let her go.

It took everything in me not to do that to Kass.

I miss hugging her so much. I miss her so much.

I know what your thinking. Jesus Shawn youve known the girl not even a week. I know dont worry but people fall in love in mysterious ways. Just because I only met her recently doesnt mean I dont love her any less. She's just different and knowing she may never love me because of having memory loss and it being all my fault hurts.

"C'mon Shawn lets have a little talk." Kayla said standing up.

Kayla walked out the hotel door with me close behind.

When we were down the hall a little bit she turned around and looked at me.

"You can't take things I say seriuosly Shawn." She said.

"Why shouldnt I Kayla, you were speaking the truth its all my fault."

"No its not Shawn, I said that out of anger. Its not you fault it was an acident."

My eyes starting tearing up.

"She wont ever love me again."

I nodded and gave Kayla a friendly hug and mumbled a thanks.

Kayla started walking back to the hotel room but I went the other way to my hotel room.

"Where are you going?" She asked.

"I have lyrics in my head I need to write them down!" I yelled hoping to not forget them.

I walked inside my hotel room and grabbed my notebook and wrote down the lyrics. Once i had the first verse verything just kept coming until I had a complete song.

I know what your wondering. How do you get this song out of a situtaion like this? Well in a way its about Kass because I love it when she just don't care. But also its about being a teenager and being who you really want to be instead of being someone someone else wants you to be. Kass inspired me because she's who she wants to be not who people want her to be.
