Omegas are the matriarchs of the triad (alpha, betas, omegas), so in some cases, independent of their human gender, they are fared as Queens, mothers, wives and other titles that may require a gendered title for distinction. However, in some cases the omega is referenced in the same gender as their human side, so an omega male would still be a prince, for example.
Male beta's could also have a female title in very specific instances, such as when the King (always an alpha) marries a male beta. The same could happen in common marriage between alpha male and beta male, where if they have kids, the beta parent could be called mother if he decides so.
