My teacher: the devil

Bang bang bang! I woke to the familiar sound of the wakeup call at my boarding school but today wasn’t just any day. It was going to be the best day of the year! Let me explain. It all started a very long time ago….. Okay it started a week ago……………………….

Anyway my math teacher is the devil. And I mean literally, not just a really mean teacher he actually is the devil.

 Well last Monday I woke up and did the usual stuff but breakfast was anything but normal. All the kids had become rich overnight but that wasn’t the only change. You know how people say that eyes are the gate way to someone’s soul? Well all the kids had black eyes. And not just black they looked empty like that had no soul.

This was my first clue that something was up. Then on Tuesday every single student had little lumps like tiny horns that are just starting to grow. I hurriedly ran to the nearest mirror and was glad to see that I didn’t have the lumps on my head.

Then on Wednesday the teaches became rich with empty black eyes and on Thursday they grew horns. All the teachers except for one: my math teacher Mr. Elson. I’ve also thought he was mean but now I know that he isn’t just mean he is different in some way. His eyes were all different shades and each time I looked at them they seemed to be different.

That’s when I realised what was going on. First sign: money- they had sold something. Second sign: black eyes- they looked like they had no soul. Third sign: the horns- just like the devil. Put them together and you get = they sold their souls to the devil. Mr Elson was the only person apart from me who this didn’t happen to and he seemed to have hundreds of souls.

My math teacher Mr. Elson was the devil……………
