Veer stood alone on his balcony, the cool night air brushing against his skin, but inside, he felt an ache of loneliness. His mother's words echoed in his mind, haunting him: "Tumhare wajah se main apne chhe mahine ke bache ko kho chuki hoon." The weight of her pain felt suffocating, making it hard to breathe. Just then, Amrit appeared, her presence illuminating the darkness like a soft beam of light. She wore a beautiful white suit that seemed to flow around her, ethereal and comforting.
"Veer, kya hua? Tum itne udas kyun ho?" she asked, her voice gentle and soothing. He turned to her, the turmoil in his heart flickering like a candle in the wind. "Kuch nahi, bas aise hi... kuch soch raha hoon," he replied, trying to brush off the heaviness. But Amrit wasn't fooled; she stepped closer, her concern evident in her eyes.
As they sat on the bed together, she urged him to share his feelings. "Batao na, tumhari aankhein sab kuch keh rahi hain," she coaxed, placing her hand on his. Veer hesitated for a moment, then let his defenses down, resting his head on her bosom. "Amrit, mujhe tumse kuch kehna hai... Main tumse pyaar karta hoon. Tumhare bina sab kuch adhura lagta hai," he confessed, his voice a mix of vulnerability and desperation.

Amrit listened intently, her fingers gently caressing his hair. "Mujhe bhi tumse pyaar hai, Veer," she finally admitted, her tone soft yet resolute. "Lekin tumhe mujhe propose karna hoga." His heart raced at her words, a mixture of joy and disbelief flooding his senses.
But just as the warmth of the moment enveloped him, he felt a sudden jolt of reality. "Yeh sab sirf mera khayal hai," he thought, the fantasy slipping away like sand through his fingers. The loneliness crept back in, leaving him standing alone on his balcony once more, grappling with the weight of unspoken words and unfulfilled dreams.
Kalindi was carefully applying hair oil to Amrit's head, the scent of the oil filling the air with a warm, familiar aroma. They were having a light moment, laughing about trivial things when suddenly, Amrit's phone buzzed, the screen lighting up with Veer's name. The moment she saw it, her heart raced.
"Veer ka call hai!" Amrit exclaimed, her voice a mix of excitement and anxiety. Kalindi noticed the sudden change in her demeanor. Amrit's cheeks flushed, and she instinctively reached for the phone, her hands trembling slightly. "Kya hua? Tum itni nervous kyun ho?" Kalindi asked, a teasing smile on her face, but Amrit barely registered the comment.
"Main... main thoda akele baat karna chahti hoon," Amrit replied, her voice barely above a whisper as she quickly stepped away, finding a corner of the room where she could talk without being overheard.
As she moved, a wave of suspicion washed over Kalindi. "Kya ho raha hai, Amrit? Aisa kyun lag raha hai jaise tumhe kuch chhupana hai?" she called after her, trying to mask her concern with casual curiosity.
