If I die today
I want you to remember me
Not by my name, or my face
But by what lies beneath.
I want you to know
My secrets, all the lies I've told
I want you to know
My friends, and the promises I've kept.
I want you to know
How much I care
I want you to know
I'll always be there.
Please, don't be worried
Please, don't break down
I'll be fine
I'll be watching above.
Don't remember the mask I kept,
All those times I never spoke up
Please remember the times I made you laugh,
And made the class crack up.
I hope I have inspired you
In some way at some time
There will be things I will be missing
But it will be ok.
Everything happens for a reason
Just remember, it was just my time
God wanted one more angel
He wanted a good soul like mine.

Hey, guys. Today was a very depressing day. A younger girl at my school passed away yesterday, and we're all taking it very hard. Please, keep her in your prayers. Her name was Kyndall. She was 12 years old. This should have never happened. I wrote this poem specifically for her. I know it's not the best, but it's one of my first ones. Please, no hate. This next week is going to be very hard. She was a very beautiful, funny, and caring girl with an amazing and inspiring soul. She didn't deserve this. She got stuck under a 4-wheeler. She was riding it and it flipped. She didn't have enough oxygen to keep her alive. This is dedicated to her. I hope you all like it.
Love,
Gabi
