Naruto: God damnit, that fucking perverted bastard did it again!!!
A certain whiskered and blue eyed blonde identified as Naruto was stomping through the forest with killing intent coming off of him in waves.

The reason...his perverted "sensei" Jiraiya, who was supposed to train him for 3 years to get stronger.
However the main reason why he was in such a bad mood was because his supposed "sensei" had ditched him yet again to do his "research" again.
What made it worse was that the perverted toad had "borrowed" his wallet so he could cover their expenses, when he was actually going to brothels to satisfy his perverted streak.
Naruto had caught the man doing the same thing multiple times. And when the senin actually decided to train him he would make Naruto do basic chakra control exercises, throw complex instructions at him expecting him to understand or worse, use the kyuubi's chakra.
And he's been doing it for the better part of 2 years.
That's right 2 fucking years he's wasted with Jiraiya, barely making any progress and Naruto was starting to get sick of it.
Naruto: Why do I always get the short end of the stick? I haven't even made any progress on this trip, why did I even agree to come on this trip again? Oh right, because after trying to bring back Sasuke I realized that I needed to get stronger and Jiraiya's offered me a way to do that with him.
Naruto sat on a nearby rooftop looking down on the many civilians having fun with a sad expression. They were currently located at a small village near the edge of fire county, and apparently they were having a festival of some kind but he didn't know what for.
Naruto: (Sad) What am I even doing here?
Naruto then heard a familiar voice inside his head making him groan.
Kyuubi: What's this, do I hear my vessel realizing just how weak he really is, it's about time.
Naruto: (Sighs) What do you want Kyuubi?
Kyuubi: You wallowing in self pity woke me up from my nap, so I decided to grace you with my time and presence, you should feel honored.
Naruto: (Sweat drops) Oh wow, I feel so grateful.
Naruto blinked and suddenly he was in a dark sewer with red and blue pipes running along the walls and into a massive gate with the kanji for seal at the center of the gate. But the most eye catching thing in the sewer was the massive orange fox with 9 tails swaying lazily behind it.
Naruto: What exactly do you want kyuubi, I'm not really in the best mood to deal with you right now?
Kyuubi: Hmmm...you could say I want to satisfy my curiosity. Mainly why you refuse to use my chakra.
