1. the initial line-up of medicopter 117

in the firstest episode of 117, Thomas Wachter (the pilot) tells to a rookie paramedic (peter Berger), that their air ambulance is at the service for 5 years, so presumably, before the main events their unit was founded 5 years earlier, where the initial line-up was from: pilot thomas, emergency doctor (dr. Michael Ludwitz), and a paramedic (Sebastian Kellen), just from the academy, and their firstest emergency call, was a 70s BMW, with cancelled breaks, on the mountain road, where Sebastian showed to Thomas and Michael his carelessness, he broke the glass of the passenger's door and entered inside the car, while the rest of the crew was still in the air, he attached the driver to the thread of their bird and started to move him out of the vehicle, suddenly, Michael and Thomas saw casualty hanging on their thread, Thomas stopped and Michael started to descend, and after, he set the thread free, Thomas kept chasing a car with Sebastian, Michael was checking the casualty, and discovered just a stress on the heart, as a result of an adrenaline rush, and when a car jumped from the precipice, Sebastian jumped from her and grabbed himself to the road fence, but climbed back by himself...

Thomas and Michael: YOU'RE NOT NORMAL!

Michael: what, if he had a problem with a heart?

Sebastian: what could I do? drove us against the rock?

Thomas: you should attach the thread to the car! you dumbass!

Michael: and then, after we cut the car from the ground, I should get down, and we could get him out!

Ebelsieder: gentlemen, actually, the driver told me, in the office, that Herr Kellen was checking him, and he said, that he ready to this stunt, he also confessed, that he is a former airborne, so our paramedic made everything right, and you, two should ask them before judging! how copy?

Thomas and Michael: yes, Herr Ebelsieder

Michael: * whispers to Thomas * hope, one casualty will get more damage, because of him

after month the emergency service decided to assign the crew of the second watch, to give  employes more time for resting and a private life, and early the b-crew was companied by the Rudolf Hainsse (pilot), dr. Mathias Jendrich (emergency doctor) and Gabrielle Kollmann (paramedic), before the doctorate, and their firstest call was an unconscious human on the board of civil helicopter, when they founded a chopper, the pilot cancelled to land, because it could take more time, so the b-crew had to do all this in the air, gabi picked a medic bag, but Mathias took a bag from her, while saying "it's a male work", and said her to follow the thread, while trying to attach the thread to the civil chopper, he started to go down, and Rudolf and gabi started to lift him up, until the thread reached the level of the helicopter steps, after Mathias putt the bag on the board and climbed by himself...

mathias: hello, i'm dr. jendrich, how long he is unconscious?

the pilot: for 9 minutes

mathias: * checking the patient *  she had a motion sickness!, did you checked, if she suitable for this?

the pilot: yes, and she said "yes"

mathias: she takes something?

the pilot: yes, everytime, before the flight, and looks like, she forgot

rudolf: dr. jendrich, can you ask the pilot about his licence, please?

mathias: he heard you!, his name is tom kranich, and he also showed me a police certification

rudolf: herr kranich!, listen!, we are nearly up the hospital, where only our bird can land, but there is nowhere to land, anymore, you have to hold, as you now, while we peterskiwe your girlfriend to us, ok?

tom: ok

mathias gave her narcosis and intubation, atached her to the thread, and she peterskiwed alone, everything was fine, until there was a his turn...

tom: BIRD!

because of the oncoming bird the choppers go by sides, the thread flied away from the civil chopper, and mathias stayed to hang on the civil chopper steps, and screamed to gabi for a help, so she pulled the thread back to her, and rudolf changed to the right course, she went out with the thread, and rudolf tried to lift her up safely, she atached the step of the civil chopper, and the both choppers miraculously did not collide, when she was on the civil chopper and the thread on the steps, tom and rudolf started to stay away from each other, gabi helped mathias to stand up, they atached and flied down the bk toheghter, when they was up the hospital, rudolf pulled them down, and they got set free, and afther he landed, along with tom's girlfriend, she survived, but later they broke up.

the fun fact, is that in the 53rd episode of alarm for cobra 11 (highway maniac) semir asks tom (who became his another partner), how did he get a pilot license, and he said, that he did it for his girlfriend.

after two years the place of the emergency call of the a-crew was a snowy alps, where one worker was finishing his watch, while seeing a group of teens on the top, while the team landed, Thomas had a bad presentiment, so he left the engine on, and took the stretcher immediately, and Michael and Sebastian was checking the teens for undercooling, the one had kind of undercooling, and another was still in normal, but started Colding for little, everything could fine, but Sebastian saw in front of him a hand of adult man, which pupils didn't give to the light, but he had a pulse, but low, Michael and Sebastian anyway believed, that he can be saved, but while they was providing assistance to him, the snow started descending, which meant, that the avalanche, which the emergency central was warning the crew was starting to fall, and Thomas and teens on the board started to hang on the air, but as make the others to get, while staying in the air, even though Michael was ordering Sebastian to climb first, Thomas asked him to think about Margarite and Dirk (his wife and son), so he climbed first, after Sebastian handed a half dead man to Michael on the hanging chopper, after the man was inside, the uninjured teen helped Michael to move him to the stretcher, Seb was still on the land, but thomas started to move, while expecting, that Seb will grab himself to the step, and avalanche wave was very closer, thomas kept moving, but Seb was suddenly fall to the mini hole, where they was pulling out the man, but there was no time to pull him out again, but they discovered this too late, Michael asked to the teen to check, if Seb is on the step, but there was empty, the main priority was a half dead man, Michael did a clear twice, (one time 200 charge, and another 250), but his condition kept getting worse, they brought him to the hospital still alive, but in the coma condition, the man was taken by the hospital personnel, and the cooled teen was taken by Michael, and thomas and another teen was waiting on the landing zone, they both later was taken by their parents, but when Michael come to thomas he said, that their "paraidiot" was risking so seriously for nothing, because after the local physician reported him about his death, he added, that he could survive, only if someone founded him called them earlier, in a couple days Ebelsieder told the other members a sad news, that the mountain service found Sebastian dead, he also said, that Rudolf are leaving them, because his wife gave him a choice between family and a job, so they was needed by a new paramedic and a new pilot.
