Abhimanyu had been watching from the hallway, unseen by Aarohi. His face was pale, his eyes hollow from the days of grief that had consumed him. He had barely spoken since the accident, and now, seeing Aarohi break down in front of Akshara’s body, something inside him snapped.

He stepped into the room, his presence startling Aarohi. She wiped her tears quickly, standing up and turning to face him. Their eyes met, both filled with pain, anger, and regret.

"You shouldn’t have come back," Abhimanyu said, his voice low but laced with bitterness. "Not after everything you did."

Aarohi flinched, but she didn’t back down. "I know I made mistakes, Abhi. I know I hurt her. But she was my sister."

"Your sister?" Abhimanyu scoffed, his anger boiling to the surface. "You always competed with her. You were never there for her when she needed you most. And now, now you come back, acting like you care?"

Aarohi’s eyes filled with fresh tears, but she stood her ground. "I do care! I always cared, but I was too proud, too angry to admit it. I know I hurt her, Abhi. I know I wasn’t the sister she deserved. But I’m here now because I loved her, even if I didn’t show it the way I should have."

Abhimanyu stared at her, his fists clenched at his sides, the weight of his own guilt and grief threatening to consume him. "It’s too late, Aarohi. She’s gone. And nothing you say or do now can change that."

Aarohi’s voice cracked. "I know it’s too late. But I needed to say goodbye. I needed her to know…"

Abhimanyu looked at her, his eyes filled with anguish. "She’s gone, Aarohi. And we’re all left to live with the consequences."

For a long moment, they stood in silence, the weight of their shared loss hanging heavy between them. Aarohi wanted to say more, to try to make amends, but she knew that nothing would ease the pain they were both feeling.

"I’m sorry," Aarohi whispered, her voice barely audible. "I’m sorry for everything."

Abhimanyu didn’t respond. He turned and walked out of the room, leaving Aarohi alone once more with the sister she had lost, and the regrets that would haunt her forever.

As Aarohi stood alone in the dimly lit room, her emotions overwhelmed her. The guilt, grief, and exhaustion were too much for her to bear. She tried to steady herself, but her legs gave out beneath her, and the world around her began to spin. Everything went dark, and before she could react, her body crumpled to the floor.

Abhimanyu had barely made it to the door when he heard the soft thud behind him. His heart stopped, and he turned around to see Aarohi lying motionless on the floor.

"Aarohi!" he shouted, rushing back into the room.

Instinctively, Abhimanyu's medical training kicked in as he knelt beside her. His heart raced as he checked her pulse—it was faint but steady. Relief washed over him, but the concern was still there. He gently lifted her into his arms, holding her close as her unconscious body lay limp.

"Aarohi, wake up!" he urged, shaking her lightly, but there was no response. Her face was pale, her body still in his arms.

Without wasting any more time, Abhimanyu quickly carried Aarohi out of the room and into the hallway. Neil, who had been lingering outside, noticed the commotion and rushed over, his eyes wide with concern.
