'Beep! Beep! Beep!' Screams your alarm clock as the hour hand reaches the six A clock mark. An early wake seemed to fill joy into your veins. You sent the covers flying as you saw a small handwritten letter had been slipped under your door. Your body started moving without command. Curiosity had taken over your body. As you approached it, you noticed Kiki's handwriting. You could gather this was her informing you they were heading out. As you opened the letter, you realised you were right. The letter was sweet and short. It read:
Dear Y/N,
As I know, sometimes you need us, I am writing to inform you that we are out and not to panic if you can not find us.
See you when we get back,
Kiki.
They would not have left this morning as it was only six. Also, your brother does not get up this early. Anxiety fried your brain as if it were fries. This was not normal.
To put you at ease, you got up. After you finished getting ready, you went to the herb Gardens. To your surprise, Ryuu was already there. You started to walk down the steps, and Ryuu looked up. "Why are you up, Y/N?" Ryuu asked, keeping his eyes focused on the plants.
"Could ask you the same. But I suppose we both have the same answer of some sorts." You replied
"Could you help me? Something has got into the water stream, making these roses dry."
"Sure, Ryuu!''
After carefully examining the roses, you came to your conclusion." They seem to be over watered, despite the water stream being at a constant level. The only way they could be over watered is if someone purposefully tried to over water them."
"Who would, though?" Replied Ryuu. "What can we do with them now, though YN?" After thinking for a short while, you said,"Maybe we could make rose water. After all, it makes well for fighting infections."
"That would work, YN. And we could use it in the pharmacy."
"Yeah, i suppose you're right, Ryu..." You were interrupted by a guard running over. " I am sorry to run in on your conversation with Master Ryuu, but I just received word that your Highness is in Tanbarun."
"Why is he there?"
"I do not know my princess.As well, your Highness wants to see you in his study as of immediately."
"I will go straight up. Thank you. You may go back to your duties. I better go, you know how cranky my brother can get. See you around Ryuu."
"See you, YN."
