There was a moment of tension between the three of them, Madison worked logistics in her head as she slowly moved to follow Harry.

"Potter, wait" she said, turning around and grabbing Draco by the hand.

"I need the book and the needle Malfy, I need to have it before I go to Dumbledore"

Draco felt the urgent tone, and melted at the way she finally called him Malfy. He spoke the Slytherin password and they went in a fast pace to his room. While he was rummaging his drawer looking for it she explained what she could.

"Malfy, this is going to sound very confusing, and trust me it's confusing to me as well" her voice weakened because she knew this would be a knife to his chest, "I need you to stay as far away from me as possible, as if your life depended on it...because it does"

He already had the book in hand and was handling it to her when she finished. His eyes had confusion swirling in them.

"Why?"

Madison sighed, getting the book from his hand calmly.

"I don't know how to explain what happened, it's better for you to be ignorant of this"

Draco's hand caressed hers, he had pity in his eyes now.

"What did he do to you?" A mere whisper.

Madison looked deep into his eyes, swallowing the lump in her throat.

"I am in love with him"

Shock washed over his whole being, then fear and while he stepped back Madison took the opportunity to leave.

"I need to go. I'm sorry Malfy"

As soon as she left Draco sat on his bed, jaded, he could not blink nor move. He felt his limbs shaking and his stomach churning with bile. He felt sick, his mouth was invaded by the sour taste of despair.

Madison ran back to Harry and they started walking.

"Now we can go"

They walked in silence for the first minutes, she sensed Harry was struggling to not ask anything, by the time they reached an alcove he pushed he inside it. He stretched and cracked his neck to the sides, when he opened his eyes again she could tell what had just happened.

"He really isn't good with occlumency is he, my light" the last words came out in parseltongue.

Madison was confused when he pulled her close by the waist.

"My Lord?"

"Yes"

Madison slightly pushed him away, weirded out by him being in Harry's body.

"I don't like this"

"It's a way to you"

"It's Tom I want, not Harry" she was hispid. Harry smirked, his eyes moving to the book in her hands, taking it from her gently, touching as much of her skin as possible.

"I am glad to hear that. I presume this is the book?"

"Yes" Madison cocked her head, analyzing Harry and how his whole body language changed as Tom occupied his mind. His eyes had lost the shade of blue and were green now. The young witch was amazed.

"How can you have such access to him like this?" She verbalised her thoughts.

Harry was flipping through the pages, it went straight to the runes because Draco had used the Basilisk needle as a book mark. Green eyes stared at her.

"I shall disclose this to you once you're back to me with this book, and another item I need"

"Which item?"
