"Blitz I think so very highly of you I didn't realize you think so low of me. Goodbye Blitz"

As Blitz was about to say he was sorry Stolas through him out. Stolas fell to the ground sobbing into his hands.

Rarity walk towards him very slow and quietly not knowing what he might do. If he would change into his other form then she wouldn't want him to hurt her but he just stay there crying.

She put her hand on his shoulder to tell him that she was there with him. He looked up from his hands. He saw that she was there and hugged her crying into her chest while she held him tightly in her embrace.

Stolas was to busy crying to notice but Rarity was crying too. It was the first time she ever saw her friend this upset. While she stack up her tears she took his hat off and started to give him head strokes knowing that this would clam him down.

Him and Rarity both slept in Rarity bed that night. Stolas cried himself to sleep but what he didn't know is that Rarity did too.

The next day Stolas was really sad but he stack it up for his daughter. He didn't want his daughter to see him sad but what he didn't see was that Rarity was really sad too. She didn't know what to do she wanted to talk to Stolas about how she was feeling but she didn't want to make him even sadder.

She went to go talk to her really good friend Nightmare who lived at the Hazbin Hotel with her new husband Alastor but Rarity needed to talk to someone who could understand how she was feeling.

Nightmare also knew everything that was going on with Rarity, Blitz, and Stolas. Blitz and Nightmare are very good friends so he had come to her after what had happened with Stolas.

"So what do you want to talk about because you obviously want to talk to me about something. Is this about what happened with Stolas and Blitz?" Nightmare ask Rarity while she took a sip of her drink.

"Well yeah kinda... Stolas has been sad lately and there is some stuff I want to talk to him about but I don't know if it is the right time" Rarity told Nightmare while looking down at her nervous and fiddly hands.

" Well what is it?" Nightmare questioned Rarity

Rarity hadn't told anybody this not even her own daughter knew but if she was going to tell someone she would tell Nightmare.

"I... I...I... I'm... I'm madly in love with Stolas" Rarity told Nightmare with her eyes closed and a embarrassed look on her face.

Nightmare was shocked by this but at the same time she wasn't. She had seen the flirting that Rarity would always do to Stolas, the dough eyes every time she looked at him, the sexual tension that Rarity would give off whenever she was around him. Nightmare knew all the signs because she does the same thing to Alastor so she understood.

With a kind smile Nightmare raised Rarity head up so she could looked her in the eyes "How long has this been going on"

Rarity was really embarrassed to tell Nightmare "Since Striker try to take him out I...was so worried about him... He's been my best friend ever since when we were children but when I walked into that hospital room and saw him so hurt I didn't know what to feel. Then he saw me there and smiled at me and I just couldn't help myself AGH!!! I climb into bed with him and we just held each other. At that very moment is when I knew that I was in love with him."

Rarity looked up at Nightmare and saw sympathy in her eyes. Nightmare could tell that Rarity was in a lot of pain over not telling Stolas how she felt "Does he know how you feel?" Nightmare could obviously see that talking about all of this was hard for Rarity she could see tears coming down Her face.

"He doesn't know, no one does, I just don't know what to do. I want to tell him how I feel but I know he will never look at me the same he looks at Blitz. He... sob... cares...sob... about him and I figured if" Rarity takes a deep breath and wipes away her tears. " Him and Blitz ended up together then I would fine with it because as long as he happy then I would be happy for him that I could move on and find someone new but now I just don't know what to do."

Nightmare just sit there and watched her friend's heartbreak. Nightmare understood what Rarity was going through she had suffered heartbreak before. When her beloved Morro died and she then she lost her baby she understood all too well what heartbreak felt like.

When Nightmare went through all of that she had no one, then she meet Blitz and he help her heal from the heart ache and the feeling of brokenness and Nightmare wanted to be there for Rarity just like how Blitz was there for her.

Nightmare put her hand on Rarity's shoulder and told her something that would change everything " Rarity listen to me when I say this, You have always put everyone else needed's before your own and never ask for anything in return. First it was Naidra and Sandra and helping them become King and Queen, Then helping your friend's Silco and Vander in building the Undercity into something amazing that never came to be, Then always putting your daughter Powder needs before your own."

Rarity interrupted Nightmare at that sentence "You don't understand OK, when you're a parent you always put your child's needs before your own."

"But what about your needs" Nightmare continues on with what she was saying "Like I was saying you've always put other needs before your own you've done it with everyone in your life now you're doing it with Stolas. It's time you put yourself before everyone else I know it's going to be hard to walk away from him but you need to start thinking about yourself for once and what makes you happy."

Rarity sit up from crying into her hands and looked at her friend and realized she was right, she needed to leave Stolas in order for her to be happy. It's going to hart like hell but she needed to do it. She just hope that Stolas would understand.
