Oh Doctor! A JoongDunk Story (BL)

Not Again

"No!" Joong looked at his brother with one perfectly raised eyebrow.

"What do you mean 'no'" Gemini looked at his older brother looking adorably confused.

Joong sighed heavily and crossed his arms over his chest "seriously?! Out of every boy you could choose you had to choose the younger brother of the guy i dislike!?"

Gemini had just informed his older brother that he had a boyfriend, Joong didn't mind his brother was more than old enough. What Joong did mind was the person Gem had chose. The younger brother of his high school target Dunk Natachai. They had met in high school and he teased him every day in school. Dunk never took the  teasing and the boy bit back, which annoyed him and he went harder to try and get a rise out of Dunk. So since then Joong hasn't liked him. He never got the reaction he wanted. 

After high school ended Joong thought he wouldn't see the sassy boy again, but as fate would have it they ended up at the same university. They haven't spoken in years, but the sassy boy hasn't left Joongs mind.

Gemini rolled his eyes at his brother "You're older now! You might not still hate him you've changed im sure he has as well! Fourth is really cute and I really like him Hia! Try, for my sake to be open to this!"

Joong was a music major in university in Bangkok he stayed in the dorm but came home a lot to take care of Gemini, his parents weren't around much. Gemini was in his last year of high school. 

Pond, Joongs best friend who was studying music as well ,was standing between the two brothers eating noodles. 

"You always sorta had a crush on him anyway" he added unhelpfully through mouthfuls. 

"THATS NOT TRUE, and even if it was its irrelevant here"  Joong glared at his best friend, if looks could kill Pond was dead. Truthfully yes, he thought Dunk was cute but his personality he hated. That far outweighed his cuteness.

"Please Hia!' Gemini's voice took on a begging tone "just meet them for dinner? Please for me?" Gemini gave his brother a pleading look and pouted at him.

"Gem! Don't give me that look!' Joong was powerless against his brother when he gave him the puppy dog eyes. He sighed heavily "fine! But he annoys me or gives me any sassy remarks I will leave!' 

Gemini went and jumped on his brother giving him a hug "Thank you hia! "Gemini smiled and went upstairs.

Pond finished his meal and put the bowl down, fixing his brown eyes on his friend. "well. Looks like you get to see your sassy boy again Bro" 

Joong put his head in his hands "my sassy boy? He was never mine to begin with and yes I know people changed, I have. But, just why did Gem have to pick his brother!"

Pond went over and patted his best friend on the shoulder "you'll be fine, just don't be yourself" He laughed at his own joke.

Joong gave him a sarcastic smile "Myself is all i can be and I am a wonderful person, just happen to be friends with you"

 With that Joong got up and grabbed his hoodie "lets go grab a drink Pond" 

Pond and Joong left the house to head a popular bar near the area.

Meanwhile Dunk was studying to be a doctor, and was currently having the same disagreement with his own brother on the other side of town.

"Fourth! I don't want you to see him!' Dunk shot his brother a look that told him not to argue. 

"Well! That isn't your choice! I like him, im dating him deal with it!" Fourth replied back to his brother angrily.

Dunk looked at his brother in shock, as Fourth was usually calm and this was the first time he had seem him angry. He threw a pillow from the couch at Fourth who ducked. Dunk's best friend Phuwin who was training to be a dentist decided to intervene.

"okay time out!" he went and took the TV remote that Fourth was about to throw at his brother. He threw Dunk a look that told him to chill out. Dunk let out a groan, frustrated.

Phuwin put his arm around the upset younger boy " Look your brother loves you, but you don't know half of what he went through with your new boyfriends brother in high school"

Fourth looked up at Phuwin " but Gemini is different! And his brother has grown up I just want Dunk to give it a chance"

Dunk scoffed from the other side of the room where he was making a drink.

 Phuwin looked at his friend sharply and narrowed his eyes at him "Okay Fot I'll talk to him"

Fourth gave Phuwin a hug "thank you phi!" with that he ran upstairs. 

Phuwin turned to Dunk, who was looking very interested in something on his phone. 

"Dunk"

"Phuwin" 

Phuwin went and took his phone "give it a chance. I know you love your brother plus I know you always thought Joong was handsome could be nice to see him again..." 

Dunk choked on his water, as he had just took a sip " yes i love Fourth no I did not think he was handsome!" That was lie Dunk did notice the other boy was handsome but he was a jerk.

Alarmed, Phuwin slapped his best friend on the back and sighed " just think about it?"

The other boy made a sound that sounded like a whine "fine. But lets think about while we have food im think im hangry" 

Phuwin laughed "come on then lets go to the bar"
