The club was alive with an electric energy that only deepened as the night wore on. Neon lights flashed in sync with the bass-heavy music, casting a glowing effect on the dancers moving rhythmically across the floor.

Laughter, chatter, and the clinking of glasses filled the air. Some people swayed with their partners in tight embraces, while others leaned against the bar, drinks in hand, gazing into the chaotic, dimly lit atmosphere.

Ivy pushed through the crowd, her mind clouded by a whirlwind of emotions. The flashing lights felt dizzying, but she was determined to drown her thoughts. Reaching the bar, she slid onto a stool, the world spinning just slightly beneath her. "One whiskey, neat," she said, her voice slightly hoarse. The bartender nodded, pouring the amber liquid into a glass, which she grabbed immediately, taking a deep sip.

As the alcohol hit her system, Ivy's thoughts became more chaotic. She kept replaying the betrayal over and over in her mind. Taehyung, the man she had trusted with everything, was now out of reach, probably with someone else.

She clenched her jaw, her grip on the glass tightening as she ordered another drink, then another. The lights around her blurred as her vision grew hazy, and the music thumped louder in her chest.

"That bastard..." she muttered under her breath, her face flushed with anger and alcohol. The frustration bubbled up until she could no longer hold it in. She pulled out her phone with shaking hands and scrolled through her contacts, finding Taehyung's number.

Her finger hovered over the call button for a second, but in her drunken haze, she didn't hesitate. The phone rang, and she could barely hear it over the pounding music.

After fifteen agonizing seconds, the call was picked up. Taehyung's deep voice came from the other side, calm and yet distant. "Hello?"

Ivy's anger surged. "Where are you, Kim Taehyung, huh? Having fun with your girl?" she spat, her words slurring slightly but dripping with venom.

There was a brief silence on the other end, before Taehyung's voice, filled with concern, replied, "Ivy? Are you... are you drunk?"

"Yes, so what?" she shot back, her frustration mounting.

Taehyung narrowed his eyebrows, his tone hardening, "Why's there so much noise behind you? Where are you?" he demanded.

"I'm at XXX Club, so what? You enjoy your night with that girl, you bastard!" Ivy's voice cracked with emotion as she finished the sentence, her frustration reaching its peak.

The moment Taehyung heard her say the name of the club, his blood ran cold. Without thinking, he shot up from his seat, grabbing his car keys from the nightstand. "Stay fucking right there" he said in a low, determined voice before he could say anything else she ended the call abruptly.

Taehyung's heart raced as he dashed through the halls, his mind clouded with concern and anger. How could she be at a place like that, alone and at night? He cursed under his breath, thinking of her vulnerable state, surrounded by strangers.
