I closed my eyes and took a deep breath. I quietly listened for a voice. CRASH! I whipped my head around to see a fallen tree lying on the wet forest floor. " That's not funny Damon!" I shouted into the cool air. I heard a rustle of leaves behind me. I turned my head with a smirk on my face. "I think it's hilarious, Sierra ," replied Damon Salvator in a charming voice (as always).
Ya see, that's how I died... A tree fell on me crushing my mid section leaving me dead in the year 1865. It wasn't long after that I had met Damon and Stefan Salvator in 1868. If it isn't obvious enough, I'm a vampire.
"Really, lets re-live your death and let's see if that's fun and games!" I said in a snooty tone.
"Ouch that hurt do bad" He replied with a grin.
Damon was like the older brother I never had. He was the one who would never turn down a midnight snack... Although Stefan was my secret crush and he has been for centuries now.
"Can we go see Stefan? I just got here and really want to make sure he knows I'm here... I know he hates surprises." I said in an eager tone.
"Wow, is someone excited." He replied.
"I am sorry but I can't help it. I just-" I got cut off, "You just are in love with my little brother and you can't deny it." Damon squawked as he walked towards the car.
"I can too deny it!" I said acting childish.
"And I have no doubt that you can... To me... Ill give you a thousand dollars to say that to Stefan's face." He replied.
"Meh......"
"Are you coming?" He motioned to the car. I walked leisurely to the car and got in the passenger seat.
On the way to the boarding house, I was thinking really hard about what to say to Stefan when we got there... What if he had a girlfriend?!? What if he got really hairy?!? I was willing to risk it all and take a chance.
When we got to the house, I stepped out of the car so nervous, it's indescribable. We walked through the door. I was in front and Damon was behind me... I thought this was not a good idea AT ALL! I saw Stefan as he turned around. I froze.
He came up to me and gave me a hug. I was blushing so much, my cheeks were practically roses. Things were going great....ish..... Not really, when out of no where,"Stefan do you want to go out with me?" I shouted. He looked confused. Then he looked like he was sorry. In the background I could hear,"Wow! Did not see that coming," from Damon... Stefan looked at me with a pale face. "Sierra I am so sorry but I have a girlfriend." He stepped aside to reveal what looked the worst from my perspective. "Ew this is getting good." Smirked Damon,"Shut up!" I yelled. I glanced back at the girl before me and paused for a second..." YOU CHOSE KATHERINE OVER ME!" I screamed.
