we meet again

Veleria's pov

It was a normal first day of High school. I was just in my class minding my own business.

Then my best friend came rushing.
'Veleria, Veleria' she said panting 'he's back to the town, I think he is joining this school today'

'Huh,who r you talking about' I asked confused.

" Jake!." She replied

As soon as I heard his name all the flashback came rushing in my mind and how he broke my heart 2 years ago.

My mind was a hurricane of thought.

Then I saw him. I was stunned for a second but then I had a little panic attack. All I could think of how he broke me.

Tia (my bff) helped me calm down.

I came to my sense and hoped he had forgotten me and I would too.

As bell rang our teacher introduced new students in our class for this year.

"We have two new student class, Jake and Natasha, please give them time to settle in to the class and treat them well" our teacher stated

Our teacher asked Natasha to sit next to me as the seat was empty. Tia was sitting with her boyfriend.

"Hey" I greeted her

'Hi I am Natasha and you?' she introduced herself

'I am veleria' i replied

The rest of the day till recess was not bad.

*Bell rings for recess*

I always sit with Tia and her boyfriend who is coincidentally jakes best friend.

So I invited Natasha to make it's a tad bit less awkward.

So we five, me Natasha,Tia , tia's boyfriend lucus and Jake .

In recess I cought him glancing at me a few time.

Then Im the middle of the lunch Natasha and Jake started talking and laughing.

It turns out Jake and Natasha were in the same school it was kinda surprise.

and she brought up a time when she and Jake were mistaken as couple in a adventure park by the staff members.

'that's cute' i commented

Upon hearing that lucus said "Natasha did you know that Jake and veleria dated?'

'what!' natasha exclaimed. 'and then he just left me without any apparent reason' I added and then walked away.

As I stood up tears started rolling down my cheeks .

Because of tears my vison was a bit blur and i bumped into Miya.

Miya is the meanest person I have ever talked to.

'Sorry I was not looking where I was going ' i said before she could make any comment.

'next time you should know were you are going' you pathetic little bich' she said.

I was not in a mood to fight back so I just left the cafeteria.
