omg, so with last resort, i'm diving really hard into cultural differences within each of the clans. even with being joined together for over 30 moons, the older cats have major differences and views. and, with the main character being an elder hating the joining of the clans, these differences are highlighted even further in his eyes, empathizing them. so, here are my headcanons on each of the clans (which each will be highlighted eventually within last resort, either subtly or very obviously).
also for you oldies who've followed me since the very, very beginning, you might remember seeing this before!

━━ many windclan young ones, especially older apprentices, leave the clan for a few moons to cure that restless curiosity inside them. most come back, though a select few decide to stay loners. this tradition hails from one of the ancient leaders, tallstar. some cats need to venture out and see the world before becoming fully comfortable in their clan.
━━ windclan kittens are kept under high alert and are rarely allowed outside their burrow. this is because of the high danger of hawks and other similar creatures. this also factures into their need to explore, as they were kept from it for the first six moons of their lives.
━━ kittens are usually referred to as "bunnies." sometimes full-grown cats are called this, but only by their parents or other older cats they've grown up around.
