Veldanava was the first being to exist, and the creator of existence. This time however when Ivarge was imprisoned, Veldanava created new beings to help Feldway watch over it. These were the first Ōtsutsuki, they and Feldway didn't get along. Both sides felt as if they didn't need the other but begrudgingly worked together for their lord. Ōtsutsuki at this time lacked chakra.

After Veldanava's death, the Ōtsutsuki became enraged and decided that they would resurrect Veldanava. This is originally why they sought out new forms of power, as they lacked any Ultimate skills that may help them succeed in their goal.

Eventually, they discovered that there were traces of Veldanava's energy within anything he created. This energy despite being severely watered down from Veldanava's power was still far purer than many other forms of power, the best way to collect this pure energy was to gather it from planets.

After searching for a way to instantly collect this energy, they eventually discovered the ten-tail seed. A failed creation of Veldanava that could be repurposed for draining all energy from planets.

So that's what they did as they did that their clan grew. Only the original or higher-up Otsutsuki possessed skills, along with the knowledge of their origins.

Rudra and Guy continued their game after Veldanava's death.

Rudra ruled the Eastern Empire which now is known as the Land Of Lightning.

Michael still didn't approve of Rudra and continued to force him to reincarnate, shredding his soul much to the worry of his people, friends, and wife.

However, near the end of his life, Rudra had got Michael to accept him as its master. So once he died the manas pulled all soul shards and repaired his soul.

This however causes him to fully reincarnate.

Guy technically winning like this just didn't sit right with the daemon, so instead of dulling the world like the bet was. Guy decided to pause the game and wait until Rudra was to return.

The demon lord council went dormant due to the main reason for it no longer existing.

When these powerhouses seemed to disappear, that is when the Ōtsutsuki came to Veldanava's favorite planet. Due to Veldanava's constant presence, this planet had the biggest amount of energy which they would call chakra.

Guy would have intervened if it wasn't for Kaguya's betrayal. Since most of the planet was fine, the daemon left the woman alone.

Despite this Guy and Velzard kept a close eye on her and her children.

Eventually, chakra was given to humans, and due to it being an easier source of power than trying to acquire skills. Humans turned to Chakra and eventually forgot about the existence of skills and magic. With only a select few remembering.

Guy decided to intervene and helped humans develop ninjutsu, leading to the creation of Shinobi. Guy after realizing the power that the Uchiha clan and Senju clan held, would deepen the grudge between the two clans.

Keeping the two clans at war with each other would prevent them from teaming up and throwing off the balance of power.

After Konoha was formed however Guy was forced to intervene again. This time Guy created the other elemental nations, and once Hashirama (a human who knew the truth of the world, and knew who Guy was) gathered all Tailed Beasts. Guy told him to split the beasts between the nations to help preserve balance.

Minato and Kushina had triplets the two oldest were girls, and the youngest was a boy. Minato ended up using a secret art to seal the Kyubi within his daughters. However, to prevent anyone, mainly enemies, from ever figuring this out he said he sealed the kyubi within his son Naruto. Of course, this caused him to be hated by his village.
