Chapter 20

Mallory's POV

Today is the day we leave and I've dreaded this day for awhile now. I want Matt and I to try a long distance relationship but those things never work out.

We have a couple hours until our flight leaves so I'm going to talk to Matt.

I knocked on his hotel door and he answered pulling me in for a hug.

"I wish you didn't have to leave." He said.

"I know that's why I came here." I said.

Matt let go of me.

"I would like us to try a long distance relationship but those never work so I'm breaking up with you." I said standing straight up and not letting a single tear escape from my eyes. Although my heart was shattering in a million pieces.

Matt started crying and nodded his head. I didn't show any affection though instead I said my final goodbye and walked away like an emotionless bitch.

I walked into our hotel room and slid down the wall so I had my knees to my chest. The only words that were going through my head were if you love something then set it free. Because I love Matt and I couldn't put him through the pain of a long distance relationship. I couldn't do that to someone I love.

Matt's POV

She showed no emotion, while I was crying like a little baby. She showed none. She just walked out of my life. I guess I didn't mean anything to her after all. I guess she was just playing me. But I knew we had something real. No one could fake loving someone that much. Its not possible. We had something real. Not had, have. I'm getting her back and I'll show her that a long distance relationship can work. It will.

Kass' POV

I paced back and forth conteplating what to do. I heard the door slam and I looked over to see Mallory crying. This is rare. Mallory doesn't like crying or showing self weakness. I was going to take my phone out and take a picture but I decided that wouldn't be the right thing to do. Mallory looked up and her mascara and eyeliner smudged all over her face. She got up and climbed into bed. The room went silent until mallory started uncontrollably sobbing. I knew what happened and I knew she just needed to be alone for a little bit so I got up and made my final decision. I have to break the heart of the boy who stole mine.

I went and knocked on Shawn's door and by the look on his face he knew what was happening. He pulled me into his arms and I let a few tears escape my eyes.

"I'll miss you." I said.

"I'll miss you more." He said.

"That was cheesy."

Shawn let out a short laugh. He then pulled away from the hug that I wanted to last forever.

"I love you and that will never change." I said.

"Forever, sweetheart." He said.

I smiled and gave him one last kiss before walking away.

Walking away I put one hand over my mouth to keep myself from sobbing and everyone hearing. I walked into the hotel room.

"This will be the heartbreak room." I said laying in the middle of the floor.

Sophie's POV

I was wearing the baggiest sweats I own and one of Cam's sweaters I took. I broke up with Cam last night when he walked me back to my hotel room. It was hard. The way he looked at me. His eyes lost their shine. They didn't light up out of happiness anymore. I was walking around the hotel and looked across the street. McDonalds. I walked across the street and decided to get enough McDonalds to go around. I ordered a whole whack and I had to get someone to open the door for me.
