Taehyun is an NBA player as a point guard. He travels a lot because of his career but that doesn't stop his boyfriend to watch him at every game. Beomgyu is so lucky. Not only is he dating a famous athlete but because he is, he's always gifted free court side tickets which normally tends to be ridiculously expensive.
And Beomgyu never misses a single game.
Taehyun, of course, has many adoring fans but Beomgyu is and always will be his absolute favorite and his biggest fanboy.
Beomgyu is also Taehyun's biggest cheerleader. He cheers so loud whenever Taehyun scores. It boosts Taehyun's pride immensely whenever he hears his boyfriend cheer for him in the crowd, louder than all the other fans in the stadium. He either smiles, winks, or blows a kiss to his boyfriend whenever he gets the chance on the basketball court.
Beomgyu is his biggest motivation for him to play well at every game. He's his lucky charm.
When Beomgyu watches Taehyun play, he watches intently. He never takes his eyes off his boyfriend on the court. The way Taehyun moves as he dribbles the ball, shoots a basket or passes the ball to a teammate, he does it in swift movements and for Beomgyu it's mesmerizing to watch.
Some of the players on Taehyun's team are even envious of their relationship. Their devotion to each other is incredible as if absolutely nothing can tear them apart.
Taehyun's rival teams are often jealous how good he is. He leads his team to victory during every game, usually scoring the most points. His team is unbeatable. Although some players are jealous of Taehyun's remarkable skills, he surprisingly never had feuds with any of them. In fact, most players are respectful toward each other in the NBA leagues.
Except, there is one particular player on a certain rival team Taehyun isn't fond of. Actually, he loathes this guy. This player would occasionally flirt with Beomgyu. He thought perhaps it's inevitable, his boyfriend is the prettiest person he's ever seen so how could anyone resist his ethereal beauty. Beomgyu turns heads wherever he goes and since Taehyun is well known, anyone that knows him knows about Beomgyu and their relationship.
