If Cassie could explain first year in one word she'd call it a drag the only thing she found interesting was when James potter got Jinxed by Lily evens

oh and the fact that the marauders got the first years banned from ever bringing a broom into school so she had to wait a year until she got her broom back stupid boys and why do they even call themselves that what weirdos.

Oh and her parents weren't thrilled about her being in Ravenclaw But their glad their daughter wasn't like her cousin Sirius Black

But over the summer this year she found out something devastating. Her eldest Sister Andy had confessed to her that she was in love With Ted Tonks a muggle born and she confessed after her seventh year she's going to leave with him

It broke her heart that this will be her last year with Andy,but Andromeda promised her when she's in need of help she's welcome their any time

Cassie is truly happy for her sister but she couldn't bare the thought of not speaking to her for the rest of their Hogwarts years but Andy promised to write her when she's in Hogwarts so their parents won't find out

"Merlin Pandora get up your going to be late for breakfast" Cassie grabs a hold of Pandora's quilt but Pandora doesn't budge at all "fine don't wake up, I'm going to the library first anyway"

As Cassie starts to leave her dorm she can hear a small mumble of approval from the girl she considers to be like another sister

As Cassie is walking down the hall she gives a small wave to Lily Evens and Severus snape,but only Lily waves back while Severus stares intensely at her

"Merlin he is a bit weird inn he"she thought to herself

When Cassie finally makes it to the library she is searching high and low for this one book but she cannot find it until she sees it in the arms of another

So Cassie struts over determined to get this book and as she nudges his shoulder and turns around, the ultimate panic sets it

Remus Freaking Lupin is the lad with the book, "Black are you okay, Merlin you look like you seen a ghost"

No she was completely fine other than the fact the boy she's had a bit of crush on since she saw him is finally acknowledging her for the first time ever

"Um yea sorry I just need that book you've got" she nods towards the book he's got in his hand

"Well,sorry you can't have it" Cassie was taken back at the sudden rudeness of the Lupin boy she has always heard that he was the nice one out of the four

"Im sorry what did you just say" she asks him once again to make sure she heard him right

"Sorry Black I need this book for charms I can't have you beat me at another exam" the boy is only 12 years old and he's 5,6. So he's looking down at her and the floor as he's speaking to her

"Excuse me what's that supposed to mean" Cassie raises her voice a bit but any higher and she's shouting at him

"Am I speaking English I really don't like repeating myself and I thought you were cleaver black, for the last time I'm not giving you the book because I'm using it go get it from another lad who actually cares" as he's walking away Cassie could do nothing but stare in shock

She was wrong about Remus Lupin he is an utter complete stupid dickhead and she's a massive idiot to believe a marauder was actually a nice person let alone Fancying the bloke

This has ruined her day

As Cassie slams the door into her dorm room she wakes up the other three Ravenclaws she shares with

"Why,just why Cass were so tired it's not even a school day yet" one of the Ravenclaw girls say

"I was wrong,I physically hate Remus Lupin he is an utter Moran and rude"

This is what properly wakes up all three girls they all shot up and turned their heads nodding asking her to explain

As she's explaining to the girls what happens Pandora suddenly burst into laughter "you have to be joking, no way you hate him just because he wouldn't give you a book" she questions her best mate

"It's not about the book anymore it's about him saying he doesn't want me to beat him in a competition I didn't even know that was happening" now this is when all three girls start absolutely loosing it "oi shut up it's not funny"

"Sorry Cass but it is" the girl with a thick Scottish accent says

"It's not I can't believe that I fancied an absolute twat oh Merlin,But I will tell you something if he wants competition than he's got one"

All three girls look at each other with a look of disbelief in their eyes "why do I have a feeling this isn't gonna end well" Pandora says with doubt in her mind

Sooooo here we have the second year done

So this Academic Rivalry will all start because Remus Lupin doesn't like to share

Hmmm maybe that will cause problems for the two in the future he does sound like a jealous person
