They fell asleep together and the next day Tom woke up alone to find a note on her side of the bed.

Good morning, my love

If you're feeling well find the other pieces

I shall come back with two,

One sparkly and a lighting bolt

Yours, in this life and all others

Aelin

Salazar was indeed feeling much better, he woke up to find his image less repulsive in the reflection of the bathroom mirror. He felt young, alive and very powerful, undefeatable. He summoned Wormtail and commanded him to bring Bellatrix to him at the library.

"Yes, my Lord" she stumbled upon her word at seeing him.

Both Wormtail and Bellatrix looked astounded when they laid eyes him, he wasn't a complete aberration anymore, and it clearly was confusing them.

"What is it, Bella?" His voice as alluring as ever.

She looked down immediately like a obedient servant, looking away not to embarrass her master.

"Nothing, my Lord"

"Good" he said, standing up behind the library desk to speak to her, "I need the goblet that is in your vault in my hands"

Her gaze moved up slowly, finally catching a glimpse of the green in his eyes.

"It is safe my Lord, there's no place safer"

He paced around the desk, lifting her chin up to look at him.

"I didn't ask you if it was safe, I said I want it in my hands...now"

Without any notice she disapparated.

Voldemort found his way back to the seat, feeling strange to be apart from Madison, he needed her presence as much as she needed his soul pieces back.

Bellatrix came back with the goblet around half an hour later.

"That. Took. Long"

Tom got the goblet that belonged to the Hufflepuff house from Bellatrix's hand.

"My lord, we are awaiting on your orders" she mumbled, with fear in her voice.

"My orders are: tell all the others to stop being pathetic. Don't you all have anything else to do?"

"My Lord?"

His patience was narrowing down, he took a deep breath "the orders are to do nothing, stop chasing mud bloods, stop selling ourselves to werewolves, I do not care for them. Do you understand what I am saying?"

"Yes, but I don't understand why"

"There is no point. That is why, we cannot stop wizards and witches from mixing, there is no point in spilling magical blood"

Bellatrix was fuming, her nostrils gave it away, she would not have where to distill her hate any longer.

"What about the boy?"

"The boy will die...if I cannot get what I want from him"

A smirk appeared on her face at the slightest sign of evil in her master.

"Leave me, I need to be alone now"

Tom couldn't wait for Madison, so he said the words and felt the thread once more filling up a slot of his heart.

Madison got back to Hogwarts, with Alfie. Dumbledore was nowhere to be seen and students were now under the new headmistress: Dolores Umbridge. She wanted to be quick, and she realized, once she set foot there that Hogwarts was no longer her home, in fact, her home was now a person and not a place.
