No matter what happened during the rest of the day, whether it was feeding and training the reindeer or helping the elves with their toymaking, Bobby and Beverly spent each night cuddled in bed before snuggling in each other's arms every morning. This was definitely the case on December 31st, because while the Elves and other North Pole residents were hosting a New Year's Eve party outside of the reindeer barn (complete with every country's take on the traditional ball drop being shown on the barn's wall), Bobby and Beverly were trying to spend a quiet night in bed. As they rested together with her head on his chest and his fingers running through her hair, Beverly smiled up at Bobby before she noticed he had a playful glimmer in his eye, so she had no choice but to ask what was going on in his mind. With a playful smile growing on his face, Bobby reached over to his bedside table stand to grab something as he spoke.

"Beverly..." Bobby chuckled as he cupped his sweetheart's cheek with his hand and gazed into her eyes, heaving a happy sigh as she melted into his palm before continuing. "When I slid down your chimney to deliver your presents, I didn't know how much my life would change the moment I saw you. You have brought me and my family so much joy, you make each day more wonderful than the last, and I would love to wake up every morning and find the best gift I've ever received in my life. With that in mind, follow me, please..."

With a nod, Beverly got up with Bobby before he led her to the snowglobe-topped jewelry box that he gave her on Christmas morning, and she smiled as she remembered the romantic note he left inside before he asked her to open the box again. Even though she didn't remember leaving anything inside the box since she first opened it, Beverly agreed to his instruction before lifting the lid and seeing another note inside, which simply read "Turn around." Sure enough, when she closed the lid and turned to face Bobby, she gasped when she saw Bobby kneeling while holding a dazzling golden ring with a small emerald heart-shaped gemstone.

"Beverly Ives, the holly to my jolly, will you marry me?"

While tears of joy were starting to cascade from Beverly's eyes, she promptly nodded before watching as Bobby slid the ring onto her finger, after which he immediately got up and pulled her into his arms before they shared a passionate kiss. Beverly's heart was close to bursting with excitement as she tenderly embraced her now-fiancee Bobby, and Bobby felt like dancing as he held his beloved Beverly in his arms, both of them couldn't wait to share the news with the Clauses. As the fireworks went off outside to celebrate the New Year, Bobby and Beverly pulled away with a happy sigh before they watched from the bedroom window, where it felt like the fireworks were the perfect way to celebrate their engagement. With a mile-wide playful smile on his face, Bobby took Beverly's hand before they rushed out to the reindeer barn so they could tell his parents the news, & both Santa and Mrs. Claus were delighted to hear that Beverly was soon to be their daughter-in-law.

Pretty soon, details were being put in place for Bobby and Beverly's wedding, which was the grandest ceremony the North Pole had seen in centuries while remaining a humble affair. The date was set for Valentine's Day, a pair of elves volunteered to be the ring bearer and flower girl, and even the reindeer prepared to pull the sleigh. When Beverly shyly asked who was going to walk her down the aisle in her father's place, Santa - who had grown to love Beverly ever since Bobby started talking about her - offered to escort her to the altar, and she tearfully thanked him with a warm hug. Before too long, Bobby beamed and tried to stop himself from crying when he saw his father walking his Beverly up the aisle, where she looked dazzling in a snowy-white wedding gown while he looked resplendent in a black-and-red tuxedo outfit.

After exchanging vows to love each other forever and rings to symbolize their promises, Beverly couldn't believe that she was now Beverly Kringle, & she jumped when the preacher said that Bobby could kiss the bride before everyone cheered as he dipped her while they kissed. Once they were done kissing, Bobby carried Beverly up the aisle before they hurried to the sleigh, where he helped her climb on first before climbing in beside her and taking the reigns. With that, the reindeer took off and flew around the world, causing mass confusion for those who wondered why Santa's sleigh was out on Valentine's Day, but pilots who happened to see it were delighted when they saw the "Just Married" banner draped on the back.

From that day on, Beverly and Bobby spent every day together at the North Pole, where ordinary days felt like holidays as long as one was with the other. After Santa retired from flying for health and safety reasons, Beverly even joined Bobby when he took over his father's position on the sleigh, and they continued to spread Christmas cheer to everyone in the world.

The end.
