Chapter 1 - Meeting Again

Liam's POV

Monday October 17th at 1:35 am

I haven't been feeling like myself recently, I feel like someone is missing or something but I don't know what. I've been taking walks to try to clear my mind but it's not working. After the war my mind is everywhere. I just can't get him out of my mind, and if you're wondering who him is. It's Theo Raeken.

The cold breeze gently blew against my back enough to make me shiver. I'm trying not to think about it but not thinking about it is making me colder.

While I'm walking I accidentally bump into someone and turn around to say sorry "Oh my gosh I'm so s-" when I look up guess who I see "Theo" "W-what are you doing here" Theo responds "I'm just taking a walk, wait I-i thought you left Beacon Hills. "No" he softly said "I didn't leave I just wanted everyone to think I left" I looked at him with a confused expression "Why would you want people to think that". Theo was trying to avoid his gaze but he couldn't and looked right back up at him "I thought it would be for the best" "You mean since after the war" I said kinda quick. Theo looked away for a second then looked back. "The war broke everyone Liam" I just simply nodded knowing that Theo was right. "Uhh would you wanna walk with me I know we haven't last talked since you know that day" Theo just gently nodded trying to avoid his gaze and slowly walked with him.

While they were walking they weren't talking. They could just feel the breeze of the wind on their backs and their hair getting colder by the minute. If I'm being honest I stole a few glances at him everyone now and then. I'm pretty sure he was doing the same. Then suddenly Theo broke the silence. "Why are you out here this late anyway" I looked up at him forgetting that he grew like 4 inches since I last saw him. "I've started going on walks to clear my mind" Theo knew he was lying. "Why are you lying" I looked up at him and just sighed. "Stupid werewolf senses" I mumble knowing he heard it I heard him let out a soft and low chuckle. "So what's the real reason" Theo asked while he turned to look at me. I want to tell him the truth but if I lie he's gonna know no matter what so I may as well. "Well I mean I was trying to clear my mind it wasn't working so then I just started well... looking for you". Theo's eyes widened for a second "me?" "Yeah you" I say softly while looking back at him. "Why me of all people" he softly asked I didn't say anything for a second until finally "Well we had a really good bond we are getting along we were friends and then you said you were leaving and so I got upset". Theo looked at him knowing Liam was right about everything he just said so he didn't argue "You're not wrong" I was kinda surprised because I thought he was gonna argue with me at first but he didn't so I just carefully nodded.

About 20 minutes after we had that talk I saw that I made it to my house. "Oh I'm home so I guess I'll see you around" Theo looked at him. "Yeah I'll see you around" Theo turns around and starts walking away before I yell "Wait Theo!" Theo turned around pretty fast "Yeah" "Uhm are you still sleeping in your truck" Theo looked at him surprised "Yeah why". I looked at him and realized that he does still sleep in his truck and probably has been for like a year now. "I uhh have an extra guest room if you want to stay over" Theo looked at him surprised then laughed softly "Like a sleepover" I laughed a little "Yeah I guess, what you never had one" Theo nodded "Yeah actually I've never had one" my eyes widened. "You've never had a sleepover!" "No I grew up with Dread Doctors of course I didn't have sleepovers" I then smiled "Okay well I'm going to make your first sleepover the best one yet come on" Theo then followed him into his house.

First Chapter done!
Sorry it's short I'm gonna try to make longer chapters but it's also really late and I just thought to make this.

But it's 794 words and I wanna try to make it like 1,000 or more but to be fair it's really late.
