Alice's POV»

I hadn't been five minutes before Louis came bursting through the door.

"Harry we're bored, and we wanna know where Alice lives, and as we have today off, we figured we could all meet some of her friends as well."

"What do you mean Lou?" Harry asks.

"I mean we want to go on a mini-adventure to Alice's home town. And Zayn reminded me we had better leave before Paul gets up here in a couple of minutes!"

I decide to be bold. I grab Harry's hand and pull him up off the sofa. "You haven't met my best friends yet. I'll never hear the end of it if they don't get to meet you."

"We just got here, though."

"And if we don't leave now your going to be stuck here." Harry turns to Louis.

"Under no circumstances are you allowed to drive, especially with Alice in the car, especially in America."

"Alice, would you like to drive, as you are an American?" Louis asks me.

"I don't feel comfortable driving long distances, sorry,"I tell him.

"Then Liam can drive. Hurry! Let's go,then!" Louis led us out of the building and to a car which Liam and Zayn were already waiting by. Let the adventure begin.

Louis's POV»about two hours later

Alice showed us around her house, which was nice and kept very clean. It felt good to be in an actual home and not a hotel. I realized how much I miss the feeling of being home. The only room we hadn't visited yet was her room, and we were on the way down the stairs now.

She opened a door at the end of the hallway into a medium sized room. The walls of the room were painted, two were black and two green. Then there was zebra. Zebra sheets on the bed, a zebra comforter, a zebra rub, a zebra lamp, a zebra jewelry box, and zebra pillows. Other than that the room was simple. A black queen sized bed, a black dresser, and a black night stand. There was a nice Tv on the dresser. There were absolutely no posters on the wall. Nothing on the dresser, and no clothes on the floor or bed.

"Its not what I expected Alice. Most girls have a trillion things cluttering the dresser and night stand, and posters on the walls." I state, done with my observation.

"I'd like to think I'm not most girls. I like my room clean, you can think better that way." she's looking over everything, almost checking that it's in place.

Zayn had walked to the opposite side of the room and picked up something, the only thing on the floor. A basketball. "You play?" He asks Alice, raising his eye brow.

"Yeah, I did. I used to be good too, not the best, but I bet I could still beat you guys in a game." She's sparked something in Zayn.

"I bet you can't. Tell you what, me and the boys on a team, and you call five of your best players over. We can meet your friends, get to know them, and show you how to lose a basketball game properly." He's teasing her. This isn't Zayn-like. It's kinda shocking me. Isn't he just supposed to be mellow and cool?

"Let's make this better. It'll be a girl's vs. guys game. We'll see how you take getting beat by a bunch of girls." Alice shoots back at Zayn.

"I didn't know you were competitive, Love," Harry interrupts.

"You don't really know me yet, Harry. Why don't you take the boys to the park where you met me, there's a basketball court out there that shouldn't be hard to find. You can practice while I change and get the girls. You're gonna need it." She tells Harry.
