Hello, fellow readers!
So, I have been trying to make my own story about Mapleshade, very popular villain and female character in the Warrior Cats series, for the longest time. Her story had always interested me and I love female villains! Personally, I have read her short book on my old tablet and come to think of it, it was way to short and didn't have enough time to properly develop the characters
I have distinct memories of writing my own origin fanfic about her on DeviantArt back in 2020-2021. Sadly, I lost the motivation and self confidence to continue it and scrapped it all. Also because it personally didn't come off well afterwards.
To be completely honest, I am not the best writer out in the world. I know I could never be the pinnacle of writing. Hell, I know that I could NEVER be perfect; no one is. But what I can't tell you is that I have a friend here whose activity is writing fanfics and scripts. She had nothing but raw talent, and I have even helped a bit with her work!
One last thing I want to mention is this was my motivation to finally get back on track. It is now my biggest inspiration to make this fanfiction!
