Audrey. The only word that came up to my mind. With betrayal. Incomprehension. Revenge.

- Olivia, do you want to eat with me? I ask at my only friend.

Olivia rolls her eyes with a haughty look, scoffing.

- No, not with you. I'm gonna eat with Audrey, so you better not ruin me with your five year old kid nonsense.

Shocked by her sudden change in attitude, I sigh deeply and throw her a glance, before watching around the room. Where could I set? Every single seat is taken. Except..My gaze stops to a table where Mary-Phoebe and William are installed, talking about everything and nothing at the same time. I sit next to William, hiding my disdain.

- You know, I saw what Olivia did; it's influence. I bet she didn't even meant what she said to you. Lots of people speak spontaneously when they're with that type of people, like Audrey...Mary-Phoebe tells me, smiling warmly.

Surprised that she decided to speak to me, I smile back, as she keeps on talking.

- She's just a brat. You don't have to worry about us, we're reliable!

I laugh and tilt my head back, amused. Mary-Phoebe and William weren't the one who worried me. But Olivia. She looked happier without me, even though I thought I was making her happy. Noticing my intrusives thoughts, I meet their eyes and thank them with the strength of my gaze, sighing in relief.

- Thanks. You guys are way too kind.

Mary-Phoebe and William look behind me, their expression darkening. Anticipating the worst and feeling a presence behind me, I look behind me, to see Audrey, staring at me. Her green eyes seem to pierce through my skin, as she snickers and hisses like a snake, running her tongue along her bottom lip provocatively.

- Having fun with the nerds, Cassandra? No, you're going to stay by yourself for the expedition because they'll want to stay in their brother-sister duo to protect themselves mutually.

As I remain silent, I feel the table shaking silently. Mary-Phoebe. She stood up, both hands on the table, glaring at my ex-friend with a critical expression.

- Stop harassing Cassandra, Audrey. She doesn't have anything to do with your drama of Miss-I-know-all-and-I-am-perfect...

Surprisingly, her voice is calm, but it seems to have its effect on Audrey. She doesn't show it, but since I know her well, I can see it in her eyes.

- You know what? Why should I stop, in your opinion? You need your Jungkook to comfort yourself? He's all over your walls; you surely need him right now. The girl spoke teasingly.

Mary-Phoebe's cheeks heated with embarassment and anger, yet she didn't get catched in Audrey's game.

- Well, for my defense, you can't stop harassing her because you think she'll be alone, but...(She paused) But we'll be with her.
