**Next Morning**
The soft light of dawn peeked through the curtains, casting a gentle glow across the room. Yoongi stirred first, his body naturally waking after years of living a disciplined life. He turned his head to the side and was greeted by the sight of Jimin peacefully asleep, his face serene, his lips slightly parted. A small smile tugged at the corners of Yoongi’s mouth. Jimin always looked so peaceful in his sleep, like all the weight of the world disappeared when he closed his eyes.
Yoongi leaned over and pressed a gentle kiss on Jimin’s forehead, a soft whisper escaping his lips, "Sleep well, Jimin-ah."
Quietly, so as not to wake him, Yoongi slid out of bed and padded across the room to the bathroom. He quickly went through his morning routine brushing his teeth, washing his face, and running a hand through his hair, making sure he was presentable before heading back into the room.
His phone buzzed on the bedside table. Yoongi picked it up and unlocked the screen. It was a message from Namjoon:
*"Yoongi, you, Jimin, Cherry, and Winnie are needed for a mission today. Meet me at the 5Z Mansion at 10 AM."*
Yoongi’s brows furrowed slightly as he looked over at Jimin, who had now curled up, hugging his pillow. He could see the faint rise and fall of Jimin's chest as he breathed. Reluctantly, Yoongi moved toward the bed and gently shook Jimin’s shoulder.
“Jimin-ah, wake up,” Yoongi said softly, his voice laced with tenderness.
Jimin groaned and buried his face deeper into the pillow, clearly not wanting to leave the warmth of the blankets. “Just five more minutes, Yoongi-hyung,” Jimin mumbled, his voice sleepy and muffled by the pillow.
Yoongi chuckled, shaking his head. “No time for five more minutes, Jimin. We need to head to the 5Z Mansion. Namjoon-hyung just sent me a message. There’s a mission for us today.”
Jimin sighed dramatically, finally opening his eyes and turning to face Yoongi. “Fine,” he said, his voice still thick with sleep. “I’ll get up. Just give me five minutes, and I’ll join you. You go ahead and make breakfast.”
Yoongi smirked and leaned down to ruffle Jimin’s messy hair. “Alright, but don’t take too long. We don’t want Namjoon-hyung on our case for being late again.”
Jimin gave a lazy nod before rolling back over and burying himself in the blankets once more.
With a soft sigh, Yoongi left the room and made his way to the kitchen. As he descended the stairs, he could hear light giggling coming from the living room. When he turned the corner, he saw Winnie sitting on Cherry’s legs, playing with her long hair. Cherry was sitting on the couch, focused, her laptop open as she worked on something, while Winnie seemed perfectly content playing with Cherry’s curls.
Yoongi crossed his arms and raised an eyebrow. “You two are already up?”
Winnie looked up, flashing him a wide grin. “Hyung, we’re always up before you! Right, Cherry-noona?”
Cherry didn’t look up from her screen but smiled. “Of course, Winnie’s always eager to get up and cause trouble.” She glanced at Yoongi and shrugged. “But, yeah, I’ve been working on something important.”
Yoongi moved closer, peeking over her shoulder at the laptop screen. “What are you working on?”
Cherry's fingers paused over the keyboard. “I’m investigating the intel Namjoon sent us about today’s mission. I wanted to be prepared before we head to the mansion.”
Yoongi nodded approvingly. “Good thinking, Cherry. But for now, go get ready. We leave in less than an hour.”
Cherry sighed, closing her laptop. “Fine, fine. We’ll get ready.”
