TATUM RILEY HUMMED UNDER HER BREATH AS SHE MADE HER WAY INTO THE MACHER BASEMENT.

She switched a switch. Whirring filled the garage and her eyes widened, before she visiby relaxed when she realised she accidentally must have pressed the garage door switch. She flicked it back before finding the correct switch and turning the lights on. The blonde bounced down the stairs. Not a care in the world as she headed straight to the fridge.

She didn't even hear the door closing behind her as she began to pile bottles of beer in her arms. Trying to get as many as she could physically carry so she wouldn't have to come back down again.

The sound of a garden rake hitting the floor caused her heart to jump to her throat. She let out a yelp and jumped to look in the direction of the noise. Sighing in relief when she spotted Stu's ginger cat running across the garage and out the cat flap, meowing on his way out.

"Tatum, it's okay," She told herself. Breathing in relief and kicking herself for getting so frightened over something so innocent.

She balanced the beer bottles in her arms against her chest and kicked the fridge door closed. Her heart was slowing down as she walked back over to the door. She juggled the bottles and grabbed the doorknob, but she couldn't push open the door open.

"Shit..." She muttered, pushing her body against the door, hoping the extra leverage would make it budge.

But still nothing.

Then the lights went out.

Her eyes widened as she glanced around the dark garage.

She leaned back and knocked her fist on the door, "Hey, shitheads!" Tatum called out.

But no one responded.

"Hello?" She called out again. Hoping someone would walk past and hear her.

But when no one did she realised she'd have to find another way out. Her eyes wandered around the garage before landing back on the garage door. Feeling at ease, she flicked on the lights and then the garage door switch. As the familiar whirring began, Tatum made her way back down the stairs, but before the garage door could fully open, it suddenly stopped at about waist height.

Tatum stopped and stared at it in confusion. She figured that it must have gotten jammed and so she began to duck, ready to walk underneath it when it began to whirr again and go back down. She turned around, annoyed when her eyes landed on a figure wearing the Ghostface mask standing on the top of the stairs.
