Chapter-16

3rd Person POV

They stood like that for a long time lost in the touch of eachother, the warmth they craved for all those days when they were apart.
And finally when they were in each other's arms they cherished the moment.

Taehyung slowly pulled away and looked down not being able to look into Jungkook's eyes he felt shy.
But Jungkook held his chin and lifted it up slowly and now they were looking into each other's eyes and Jungkook asked "So..... What did you cook for me today ?"
He didn't know what to tell but he didn't want it make it more awkward so he decided to break the silence .

But Taehyung took a minute to understand what Jungkook said and immediately looked away pointing towards the dining area and said " I prepared some tuna triangle gimbap, sea urchin roe, some shrimps and pork belly."

As soon as Jungkook heard all the dishes that were prepared for him he immediately shouted " woah I love all of them. Thank you... "
And went away hopping to the dining table and sat down on one of the chairs and pulled out a chair for Taehyung right beside him.

Now the two of them were sitting beside each other at a certain distance but it seemed to decrease gradually with time because Jungkook couldn't reach for the items he wanted which were placed on Taehyung's side and Taehyung couldn't reach the dishes placed on the opposite side.

Slowly Jungkook's finished eating while Taehyung completed long ago. Now Taehyung began removing the dishes to clean them and Jungkook also joined him.
Since they already did something similar when they had meet-up earlier at the cafe they just finished washing and cleaning the dishes the same way.
Now Jungkook headed towards the living room and sat on the sofas telling "Waah it was such a good meal it would be really nice to have some drink to cool off."
Just as he completed his sentence he noticed Tae walking towards him with a can of chilled beer and can of cola.

Taehyung handed Jungkook the beer can and sat down at the other end of the sofa and opened his can of cola.
Taehyung opened the can and started drinking coke after sometime while Jungkook might have already finished half the can.
They sat together sipping on their drinks and talked for some time and then Taehyung noticed that Jungkook was looking sleepy so he said "Kookie you look very tired and sleepy why don't you go to your room and take rest, hmm ?"

So Jungkook immediately asked "Ok come I'll show you the guest room you can rest there and I'll sleep in my room." And got up motioning tae to follow him but Taehyung said "No no i have some work at the cafe, since i didn't go there since morning I'll have to go now. So you go and rest kookie I'll leave."
Jungkook wanted Taehyung to stay a little longer but he didn't know how to stop him so he said " Ok you can go now but can you come back tomorrow after your shift in cafe then we can continue with our movie night plan. What do you think ?"

Taehyung immediately nodded while chuckling and said " Ok kookie I'll come by evening tomorrow, select some good movies or dramas to watch ok and I'll get some snacks for us. Now you go and sleep well kookie you've worked really hard the past few days. I saw your lives you looked so sleep deprived. Sleep well now otherwise I'll cancel the movie night Kookie." He told the last part in a warning tone and Jungkook replied " Yes sir captain!"

They both laughed and then Jungkook dropped off Tae near the parking area since he came in his scooter and then Taehyung rode off. And Jungkook went back to his room and went to sleep thinking about the movie night that was scheduled for tomorrow.

Now Taehyung was back in his home telling Hyungsik about how his day went and all without mentioning the name Jungkook, he thought of keeping it a secret for a while.
He told him that he went to meet someone from his university and told him about the day and his further movie night plans.

Hyungsik also talked to tae about his hospital duties and posting difficulties but Taehyung didn't understand most of it cuz they were from a different professional background.

Meanwhile Jungkook was kicking his legs in the air thinking how close they were during the day and also made plans for the movie night. He slept in the afternoon for a few a hours but then woke up by night and was busy looking for dramas and movie he could watch with Tae but didn't find anything that intersting so he binge watched some shows asked some of his friends and members for any drama recommendations for a movie night with someone special or with a certain person whom you had a crush on.

Finally after alot of teasing they suggested some shows and Jungkook made note of them deciding to watch those with Tae.

Next day
Taehyung went to work as usual he opened the cafe and placed the open sign in front of the cafe and went in to prepare the machines.
Meanwhile Seojoon and Wooshik arrived and they went in and prepared some deserts to place it on the racks as show piece to attract the customers and Tae near the billing counter ready with all the menu and changes.

Soon he got a message from Mina asking him to come home for lunch and Tae accepted the invite and informed about him leaving early for lunch to Seojoon and Wooshik. He also told them that he wouldn't be able to come back after lunch as he had plans.
