Purbill is a femmine triangle that is related to Bill Cipher (Cousins)
He have the same powers as Bill does but instead of making deals he make offers and he means them instead of how Bill makes his deals
Purbill and Bill do not get along what so ever (mostly Purbill) since both Cipher and Achlys families hate each other but their related because one of their relatives gotten together
Purbill have been stuck in a void ever since he escaped the destruction of his home dimension but at some point he was summon accidentally to Gravity Falls when someone incorrectly read Bill's summon ritual
now he works with Bud Gleeful
now a bit of the Achlys:
the Achlys are the good Dream Demons and they take their jobs as seriously when it comes protecting humans from nightmares but most people call them Dream Guardians instead
Achlys are almost come in the secondary colors (Purple, Green, and Orange) it's rare for a Achlys to come in primary colors (Red, Yellow, and Blue) and if there are a Achlys which those cors their easily mistaking for being a Cipher
that's all I have for now I might come back at some point and update this if I want to add more stuff or change some things
