Chapter 7

^^(What Raven sings)

A//N:: LOL in this story and all the songs included, it's not really my true music taste. I listen to Rock n Roll and Metal.
But, I do like Lana Del Rey, Corpse Bride, and this song.

Raven looked in her bathroom mirror. There was dark circles around her eyes. She look like she belongs in a Tim Burton movie.

Raven asked Robin to sleep in his own room tonight. She wasn't mad at him, she just needed a night alone, to think.
She sighed, and walked over to her piano.
She closed her eyes, and begun to feel the music.
"It's hard to be what you need through a static screen.
Been trying to speak for weeks and weeks.
Open my mouth,
All that comes out is white noise and incomprehensible sounds,
And all you ever do is turn me down."

Robin listened through the door at her piano playing and singing. She sounded so beautiful. It was full of pain and misery. It was haunted sounding.

"Day by day,
I'm slowly replaced in your picture frames.
A brand new face on your pillowcase.
Come the night you dim the lights and close the blinds,
But I still see them running down your spine,
Cause I illuminate the room,
Just enough to watch you."

Robin frowned at the meaning of the lyrics. He knew she wasn't over him completely... but he also knew she didn't love him. She was heartbroken because of what he did to her... She didn't miss him.
He carried on, towards his bedroom.

Raven begun to miss the boy wonder. She missed his arms around her. She decided to leave her room, and hopefully sleeping in his room. She walked the hall, heading towards Robins room.

She knocked on the door, hoping he was awake.
Robin opened the door, and smiled gently.
"Can I sleep with you, tonight?" She asked, a little shy.
He nodded, and opened the door wider. She entered, and he closed the door behind her.
His walls were covered with newspaper of the "Flying Grayson's" and "The Death of the Flying Grayson's"
She looked at each of the piece of papers taped on his walls. He also noticed that they were "Batman and Boy Wonder" newspapers. There were files scattered every where around the room. His bed was a single bed, and it was plain black. She had expected something more... brighter.
"Sorry... I would've cleaned if I knew you were coming." Robin apologized, beginning to try to stack the files to make the room less messy.
"No, it's fine. I'm just a taken back, that's all. I expected green and red... I guess too expected, huh?" Raven said, even saying it sounded silly to her.
Robin chuckled, smiling lightly. "Yeah. You sing good, by the way. I heard you when I was going to my room."
She blushed slightly. "Thanks."
Robin realized how cute she was. He realized how long her legs were, and how she always slept with a baggy shirt that goes to mid-thigh, and no pants on.
"Enjoying the view, boy wonder?" Raven said, cocking her head to the side joking.
"Wh-wha?" Robin chocked out, blushing. He scratched his head in embarrassment.
She laughed, and sat on his bed.
"So, what are you doing?" Raven asked, putting her feet in front of her. Robin realized she only like to paint her nails a blackish-blue color.
"I'm just researching some criminals."
She picked up a file, that was chilling out on his bed.
"All the way out in Canada?" She asked, raising one eyebrow.
"I get bored..." He said nervously.
"It's not your job to eliminate every criminal, you know?"
"I know. It's just nice to know your surroundings, that's all."

Robin and Raven were laying in his single sized bed, in silence. They were just enjoying each other's presence.
"Rae?" Robin asked, whispering. The silence was nice, but he needed to ask her a question.
"Yeah?" She ask, obvious to the question.
"Do you ever... miss Malchior?"
She gasped, but then answered.
"Everyday. I can't look in the mirror anymore, without feeling like I have to scream. It's painful. But I don't love him. I love you..."
Robin was surprised, but smiled gently.
"I love you, too."
Robin kissed her gently, being on top of her. Raven deepened the kiss, wanting more.
He roughened the kiss, trailing down her neck and making a mark on one place. She moaned slightly.
She took off his lounge shirt, and he took off her shirt. They both did this at the same time, so they got tangled up, which made them both laugh.

Robin woke up, to a nude Raven sleeping next to him. He smiled, and kissed her forehead, which made her eyes flutter open.
"Hi." She said, half asleep still.
"Hey." He replied, smiling still.
They kissed passionately, until the alarm went off throughout the Titan tower.
"Shit!" They both screamed, and jumped up.
Raven left her clothes, and teleported to her room.
Robin quickly put on his uniform, and hurried out his room.
There, he met all of the Titans... Including Raven.
They hurried out the door, to defeat the criminal.
