A/N- This is the second part of a three part series. If you haven't read "honey you're familiar (like my mirror years ago)" go and read that first.
A/N- I feel compelled as an adult to point out this relationship dynamic is not healthy, because I know some of my readers are probably youngish. We can have fun in the realm of fiction with these kind of dynamics, but you should not base any real world relationship off this.

Draco is the one who brings her information on Barty Crouch Junior. He drops the file in front of her as he winks at Hermione, who flushes a bright pink at her boyfriend's attention.
Hadara ignores their flirtation in favor of opening the file. She raises a single brow at the picture of the young Barty Crouch Junior with his arm around Regulus. They look so happy in the picture, so carefree.
"Where'd you get this picture?" Hadara asks.
"Padfoot found it in his attic," Draco whispers.
Hadara hums in acknowledgement as she looks at the file. Draco, in an unusual show of familial kindness, chooses to not comment on the way his cousin's eyes linger on the man's photo. "He had perfect NEWT scores across the board. He's clearly adept at subterfuge. Padfoot says he was the most brilliant mind of their generation, but he's a tad unstable. He needs magical bonds to stabilize him. They shared a wall in Azkaban."
Hadara bites on her bottom lip as she looks at Crouch's photo. He's a handsome man, with wide green eyes the color of lily pads.
She's familiar with the problem of magical bonds. She was a bit unstable herself when she arrived at Hogwarts, but her familial bond she discovered with Draco had quickly worked to stabilize her magic. All the bonds that followed assured that she was in a more healthy place now.
"Why was he in Azkaban?" Hadara asks, noting the prison sentence written in the margin of Draco's notes.
Draco raises a teacup to cover his mouth, in case anyone is watching them. "Supposedly he tortured Lord and Lady Longbottom, but there was no trace of it on his wand, and his magical signature was nowhere on them- just the Lestrange's. If you ask me he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. He was just too unstable in the midst of all that loss to defend himself."
Hadara nods as she closes the file and considers it. Draco is right. He could prove a valuable asset. His intelligence alone makes him worthy of her Court, but there is something more. His story tugs at her heart strings. No one should be thrown in Azkaban without proof.
"I want him," she whispers to Draco, her voice resolute.
"I thought you might," Draco smirks triumphantly.
"Shut up."
Draco raises his teacup to Hermione in a toast. "No Black could ever resist a pair of pretty green eyes."
Hadara laughs at the way Hermione goes red.

It's only hours after they've returned from Hogwarts that Hadara broaches the subject with Sirius.
"How do we get Barty away from Riddle?"
She's not quite sure when he became Barty instead of Crouch. Probably when she realized his own father was the one who threw him in Azkaban. It changes things. It makes her want to kill Bartemius Crouch every time she sees him at a Triwizard Tournament event, but she refuses to take that honor away from Barty. It's his, should he want it. Sirius is quiet for a second, and then he starts giggling.
