Dear Victor,
It is with great pleasure that I inform you of your acceptance into Hartmore Academy, School for Boys. This letter acts as your official confirmation into our institution for your specified area of study. You are expected to be on campus before September 1st of this year.
You have been found to be a good addition to our student body and are one of few selected individuals. We have recognized your dedication and unique skills, as well as admired your character and sense of loyalty. We hope that our academy will encourage you to continually improve.
Our policy does state that excellence is our first priority, so please follow all guidelines provided to you. If you fail to do so, we unfortunately will have to withdraw our acceptance. There will be no exceptions. Any action taken in order to resolve a matter or issue will be permanent.
1. Curfew is strict, be in your dorm by 10pm.
2. The Angelwood Forest is to be left untouched and unexplored.
3. All suspicious and unwanted activity is to be reported immediately.
4. The dogs on campus are for the convenience of the academy, do not interact.
5. Students are expected to provide quality work and devote themselves wholly to their chosen study.
Any additional guidelines will be made available once the school year has begun.
You will be receiving additional information in the coming days about our academy and what will be needed as you move forward with your studies. As you join us, you will be surrounded by support from your fellow students and your professors, whose missions are to guide you down the path that will lead you to your true purpose.
We look forward to seeing you on campus! If you find yourself with any questions or concerns, please let me know.
Sincerely,
James Sumner
Headmaster
