Harry sat in class, waiting impatiently for the final bell to ring. 'A few more minutes until it's all over' he thought to himself. He placed his hand on his nose, checking if there was still any blood. His legs were shaking uncontrollably, his eyes peering at the clock on the wall, waiting for it to strike 3.
RING! the bell rang. 'Class is dismissed.' said Ms Gabriela.
He grabbed his books, stuffed it in his bag and quickly rushed out of the class. It was the weekends. Finally, he could get away from all this pain. He hurried down the hallway, with his head faced down, hoping that he would not run into the football team.
Suddenly, he felt a sharp pain in his back. Before he knew it, he was on the ground and his books had scattered everywhere. His back was throbbing. He looked up to see none other than Max, the bully. 'Wasn't beating me up during gym class enough? Why again?' He thought to himself. He sat up, picking up his books from the floor, trying his best not to make any eye contact with him, hoping that he would just leave.
But he didn't. Soon, the whole football team surrounded him. Harry knew what was coming for him. He crouched down, with his knees against his chest hoping that it would be quick and painless. But he knew that all he could do was hope.
He felt multiple kicks in his ribs and shin. He muttered "Please stop. Pleaseee..." His voice trailed of as he received another kick in the ribs. He felt as though his ribs had shattered into a million pieces and all he could do was sit there and wait for it to be over, hoping that they would stop.
He peeked through his arms and he saw Louis standing at the corner, leaned back against the lockers, with this head faced down. 'How could he just stand there and watch me get beat up? Louis I love you so much but...' He thought to himself. Max picked up his bag and threw everything out onto the floor and said "Pick it up nerd."
Harry looked up again and he saw Louis leaving the school, closing the doors behind him. 'He just left me, how could he.' Harry thought to himself. His body aching with agonizing pain.
