I'm fine, complete and perfectly, okay. Except for the fact that the only thing that I can seem to think about is the guy who's been avoiding me like I've got a case of extremely contagious chicken-pox for the past week, right after we made-out in the school parking-lot might I add. I'm sure I would've gotten over this whole situation if Dominic wouldn't look so guilty every chance he gets to look at me. An entire week of awkward glances in the lunchroom, and him practically hurdling over other students in the hallways just so he won't bump into me. If that doesn't make a guy feel special I don't know what can.. For Christ's sake, you'd think I'd turned into some kind of alien.

"Keep staring off into the abyss and Coach Powers is gonna think you're stoned fire-crotch." Amy teases as she gently nudges my shoulder.

My eyes shift from the pale ceiling from which I've been staring at for the past fifteen minutes, to Coach Powers, comically large man who sat behind his all but too small desk. Definitely wouldn't mind finding comfort in that mans arms. I can only think to thank god that I'm in the last class of the day, I can run outta this hell hole faster than my old French teacher can lose her next husband, the woman's had five marriages. It's not like this class isn't one of the biggest joys of my life, who wouldn't enjoy staring at the schools hottest coach while he tries to teach you Pre-cal. I'd just rather not run into the guy who's made me feel like the biggest idiot of the century.

"Do me the biggest favor ever, and shoot me." I sigh depressingly as my eyes wander from the board to Coach Powers'  athletic body.

Amethyst makes her hand into the shape of a gun and presses her index and pointer finger against the back of my neck.  "Alright then fire-crotch, the way i see it you've got three options." She says jokingly, pushing her "gun" harder against my neck.

"Do tell."

"Option 1, take the bullet here and now and wallow is self pity all because of a single dumb football player."

"He's the captain. But do continue." I remark, forcing her to push deeper into my skin.

"Option 2,  ask Coach P for some after school 'tutoring' because Im sure he and I both notice you staring like a hungry hyena,"

At the simple mentioning of me doing Anything with Coach Powers, my eyes quickly  looked over to where he was sitting, only to see him looking back at me. NOPE. I can feel a blush coming, oh jeez. I quickly turn my head and try to retain to my cool posture.

"Seems a bit too messy for my taste, but I'll write that in my 'things to do' list." More like 'people to do'.

"Option 3, wear something hot and come to my party tonight."

Parties at Amy's house are practically the best, cute boys, great music, and even more cute boys! "My dad's on another one of his 'hunting trips' for the weekend, so i guess i could find the time to go."

I can feel Amy's beaming eyes glow up with joy, she loves it  when i come to her parties. What should i wear? What kind of cute boys? More importantly, why wont this bell ring?

In the corner of my eye I can see coach Powers looking at me,  which immediately forces my body to heat up. I turn my head only to pretend like I've nonchalantly found something interesting on the wall to my right.

Had Coach P been some random guy, I'm pretty sure I'd be all over his unsized desk by now... Okay Ian get your head out of the gutter! Pure thoughts! Kittens! I curiously glance back over at Coach P who has a slight smirk placed on her lips.  Ring bell! R I N G!

On cue as if I'd summoned it, the annoyingly high pitched bel broke through the torturous silence of the classroom.  "Enjoy your weekend class." Coach says, his deep voice is never not a turn off.

In one clean swoop I jumped to my feet, wave goodbye to Amethyst, and bolt through the classroom door. Free at last! Now all I've gotta do is not run into Dominic. Game on.

*Forward to Amethyst's Party*

Music boomed throughout the enormous house as teenagers of all kinds, who I'm pretty sure didn't even go to school with us, made a ruckus all about, me included. Amethyst's parents are practically loaded from head to toe, so a nice house like this is no problem, whenever they leave for a business trip, she throws a party, which is practically every week might i add.

I continued to dance with my best friend on the outside patio as 'I don't care' blasted from the speakers indoors. "Your parents are going to murder you, you know that right?" I note as she twirls around and flips her newly dyed silver hair.

"Who knows when they'll come back? I sure don't!" She laughed.

"At least your dad doesn't get wasted in the woods and call it hunting." I joke.

Ever Since my mom died in a car crash 6 years ago, my dad's pretty much gone bat shit. Drinking wherever he deems appropriate and just going out to the middle of nowhere when he gets annoyed of seeing his "Fag son." But today's a new day, I'm  here to make-out with super guys and forget about my problems. What a plan.
