Y/N's quirk is based off healing people with his own blood. For example, he would have to drain blood out of himself to help others. Could be in anyway including disturbing topics like cutting his skin. The amount of blood he has to use will depend on the wound or sickness the other person is going through.
The drawback of his quirk is obviously him passing out from loosing too much blood. But it wont kill him as he can also heal himself when unconscious but only when he is.
He is unable to do any kind of hero work due to this issue of his quirk, hence why he isn't one.
