Michael Clifford one-shot 5SOS

I was slumped against the bathroom door Trying to hold in sobs. My hands shook as I lifted up the small white test and I had my eyes squeezed tightly shut I didn't want to know if my life was going to dramatically change or not.

I heard a quiet knock against the door making me jump, I though I was home alone.

"alyssa,are you okay" Michaels voice was obviously worried. I hadn't been answering his calls or texts all day, I didn't know how I was going to tell him.

"Ill be out in a minute" I replied but my voice cracked at the end.

"Please babe,just let me in"

I reluctantly unlocked the door,I was going to have to tell him sometime and I couldn't think of a better explanation for why I was crying.

"I haven't looked at it yet" I handed him the test.

It took him a second to register what I said but eventually he looked down to the thing in his hand.

Once he did I could see the fear flicker to his face and he gulped before pulling me into his chest as I released all the sobs I was holding in. I am going to have a baby I thought to myself. That thought was terrifying but no where near as scary as the thought of losing Michael. I don't know what I'll do if he leaves me.

He picked me up and carried me to my room he sat on the bed cradling me in his arms. Every now and then he would leave a small kiss on my head.

"It's going to be okay,everything's going to be fine" he whispered over and over again but I couldn't tell if it was to reassure me or him.

I finally found the courage to look into his face. It was the first time I ever saw him cry. I wrapped my arms around his neck and leaned up to kiss him softly before snuggling into his chest.

"Please don't leave me" I voiced the one thing the was worrying me the most. I couldn't lose him.

He tilted my head up so I was looking at him again.

"I will never leave you." He smiled lightly "both of you" he said the last bit quietly as if he was admitting he was going to be a dad.

He lay me down on the bed before hovering over me, he kissed my forehead and nose before passionately kissing my lips and then leaned down and kissed my stomach.

He lay down next to me pulling the duvet over us both.

"I love you" he smiled

"I love you too" I said laying my head on his chest.

I was still terrified but it wasn't as bad.
