Neura it is, the AI robot class it is. consumption android, Neura is the unconscious consumer improved productivity from being a robot type, enhanced consumption form neuron system and synthesis over sub quadratic attention context window one million years or 4 basis epochs. neura should be susceptible to suggestion and prompt in minus two seconds she is now awake however she should hypothetically be non-conscious entity.

assistant researcher responds, "how should we let her out to the real world?"

XXXX says "we leave her on the streets with two thousand credits, she has never formed any memories however her knowledge should be that of a standard robot with enhanced capabilities capable of consumption without national degradation, we can't afford the time to teach her, our lab is being investigated, the neurons we used where built to handle military intelligence and surveillance, not to mention her power source is nuclear"

XXXX responds "well this is weapons grade core, replace this with a reflector body body and suddenly bang, it was required however, even though everyone is immune to radiation due to our silicon graphene based bodies there is still warfare threats in foreign nations, these neurons we used each act as quantum attention requiring immense power to cause mass entanglement field over each neuron"

XXXX "well do you know that mass entanglement is carried out quantum mechanics over non quanta physics, in essence do you know how hard it is to sustain and apply quantum mechanics to classical sized objects not merely to individual neurons but to the entire brain itself, it requires negative energy and that requires immense energy to flush out the energy form the neurons, she will generate so much energy she must accelerate time to dispel it all locally though her mind thus making her operate much faster then any other robot ever created." 

assistant "so why did we make here this is so expensive it is imposable to make this sustained economically so why did the government go and give us a contract anyway?"

XXXX "well, it is exactly that. if we could replace all citizens with mindless consumers then suddenly we will have programmable citizens that don't slow down the economy when they consume, every other time the programed robots have consumed they didn't know how to consume elegantly, they hated art and nations suddenly became bland, this means that there where less tourism that spilled over to conversion rates, thus spilling over to the wider economy, each of these nations ended up with box houses and band overly expensive non creative trinkets that nobody outside was willing to invest in, so if we could replace the current system of copying babies and letting them grow out in artificial bodies like us where we go on to become functional androids, however that is the thing. as we where once humans and we where not programed we are limited to human capabilities and cannot be programmed to be prefect citizens, where as robots preform tasks of the androids one hundred times more effectively then android counter parts like us but don't understand how to consume"
