I stared at the blank, boring wall.

Nothing. I threw my pen to the floor in rage. It's midnight, a beautiful night, all nice and starry, and I can't even write?

I slammed the book closed and stormed out of my dorm. I did all this silently, so Katherine and Gina wouldn't wake up.

I grabbed my jacket and took a stroll around the courtyard.

Damn these rich people, with their stupid gardens and their stupid statues and their stupid rules. This school is such a joke. I only got in because of my scholar ship. Even the special advanced class is easy.

I kick a stone in frustration and watched it soar and land in the fountain.

A breeze blew my hair in my face. I sighed and searched my pocket. I took out a sheathed dagger with a engraving that said 'Earth' in Japanese. My mother gave it to me. I twisted it in my hair so it looked like it was a little ponytail on the side of my head.

I looked at the stars. I really need to write, but I have no inspiration.

I turned and started to walk to my dormitory. That's when I saw a boy with bright blond hair and fair skin walk into the Specials' Dormitory.

Lucky, he gets a dorm all to himself. I scowled and entered the Genesis Dormitory, the one for the scholarship students. Only 20 students lived in this one, each coming from different places.

I enter my room, room 302 and laid down in my bed.

I need to write.

But I also need to sleep.

I took the dagger out of my hair and placed it on my nightstand. I closed my eyes and drifted to sleep.
