Izuku: "Sacred Gear?" What's a Sacred Gear?

Koneko: It's best we talk about it with the others. I'll explain it with everyone.

Izuku nodded and the two went back to the others.

Ricky: Seigi! Glad you're Ok!

Izuku: Thanks, Ricky. I wasn't at first, but Koneko talked with me about it and now I feel better. But I guess I should tell you guys about my past too.

Meowth: I really think you should. I already feel bad for you. And in an actual genuine way.

Izuku then told everyone about his trauma. They were furious with his society.

Meowth: But what was that about a war?

Izuku told them about the war and they really felt bad for Izuku.

Meowth: Oy vey. And I thought Jessie, James, and I had it bad. How are you still kickin'?

Izuku: Well, I told Koneko that every time I tried to commit suicide, I heard this deep voice in my head that gave me words of encouragement. I thought it was just my subconscious making that voice in my head to help me... but Koneko thinks of something else.

Ash: What is it?

Koneko: I think he has a Sacred Gear.

Everyone stared at her with a blank face.

Pikachu: And that is?

Koneko: Right. Sorry. You'll have to listen closely to this.

Everyone: Hai!

Koneko: Sacred Gears are items with powerful abilities that are given to humans by the man upstairs himself.

Meowth: Arceus?

Tamao: No. Those two are from different worlds. In Koneko's world, the supernatural is all real.

Meowth: Oy vey.

Koneko: Sacred Gears vary in appearance and abilities throughout human history. Individual Sacred Gears have grown to enact miracles on my world's Earth. Certain individuals with Sacred Gears have grown to become very powerful and influential. A large number of the people who've had their names written down in history were Sacred Gears users.

Ash: Awesome!

Koneko: Sacred Gears vary from common to rare. There can be more than one Sacred Gear of the same type. However, if a Sacred Gear is removed from the owner, they die.

Izuku: What?!

Koneko: I know. Anyways, only those who at least partly human can have Sacred Gears. It's possible to take a Sacred Gears from someone. It happened with my friend, Asia Argento.

Izuku was writing this info down in his notebook.

Izuku: Is it possible for a person to own multiple Sacred Gears at the same time?

Koneko nods.

Koneko: Sacred Gears however can also affect their user negatively. There are wielders, often children, who end up dying because they have Sacred Gears.

Pikachu: What effects do Sacred Gears have?

Koneko: It varies depending on the Sacred Gears. For example, Asia's Sacred Gear, Twilight Healing, grants near instantaneous healing and the biggest pervert in my school has a very powerful Sacred Gear that automatically doubles his power every ten seconds. They can also adapt and evolve based on their weilder's thoughts, needs, and feelings, gaining abilities or qualities as time passes.
