"I'm telling you this real estate shit legit, I'ma be legal in a minute" I tell Khalil who was clearly intrigued by what I was saying.

We were all just chilling on the block, I was sitting in Q trackhawk and he was next to me but he left and went inside on a call. The rest of us were conversing and joking around enjoying the summer evening.

"Put me on, how you even get into this shit?" He questions fully engaged in the conversation.

"Megan, one of her clients one of the top real estate brokers in Florida. She was looking for a silent investor and Megan plugged me in, after I sent a couple M's her way I told her I wanted to invest in more properties and really learn how to do this shit. She was happy to extend me an olive branch to one of her friends in the business here, I linked up with the lady a month ago and now I got a whole real estate investment portfolio. I'm buying mad property, some of it is already good and some of it I have to renovate but the outcome is income either way" I explain my newest journey.

"Nahh you gotta put me on, I need parts of that immediately"

"We can go half on some big shit, I'm thinking about renovating an apartment building in the city so I can own a building myself. I was doing the math and the money you make per unit is crazy, I got the lady looking for buildings for me cause I need that" I was absorbing all this newfound information and learning quickly from the great minds around me and the apartment industry was definitely the way to go.

"Let me in on that, you know I'm good money"

"You know I got you, everybody eats" We dap up.

"Shorty really solid, she put you on the legal money, that's real" He nods impressed.

"My girl really my blessing, I can't ever lose her, she really wants the best for me and be helping me become the best version of myself. Can't nothing compare to real genuine love, I'ma really be with her for the rest of my life" I knew life was unpredictable and nothing was guaranteed but I couldn't imagine a timeline where I wasn't waking up to her.

"Look at you all in love and shit" He playfully teases making me laugh.

I would forever love her out loud and unapologetically, the whole world could know how I felt about her.

"Nah deadass I'm happy for you, y'all really got me thinking about locking in. The streets getting played out, having somebody to come home to don't sound too bad" He rubs his chin in thought.

"It's the best feeling, not gone hold you. Let that relationship find you though, it's gone happen naturally cause you know I wasn't looking" I pause as we share a brief moment of laughter.

"This love shit just hits you out of nowhere and turns your world upside down but it's the greatest feeling in the world, it'll find you and you'll feel it one day"

"You make that shit sound so sweet, I'm not rushing it but it might need to find me a little bit quicker" He says making us both laugh.
