Anyone can be one
Dads
They are rare...
People think that a man being a father and a dad are the same thing
They aren't...
One can be a father by just having a child
There is no emotional connection between the male and child
But being a dad is so much more...
It's being there for their child when they're sick.
Or when they have a skinned knee, or a tummy ache.
Being a dad is feeding their own
Is teaching their child life lessons
Being a dad is playing catch or games with their child
Is making sacrifices for their loved ones
Being a dad is being there when one's sad or mad or happy
Is giving hugs when needed or wanted
Being a dad is making sacrifices for the one they love
Being a dad is... Being there.
