(A/N: Real behind the scenes)
After a good night's rest, I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day. The sun peeks through the curtains of my hotel room, casting a warm glow that adds to my excitement. Today is the first day of shooting the music video, and I can't wait to dive in.
The atmosphere inside the restaurant is buzzing with energy. Bright lights hang overhead, casting a warm glow over the stylish decor. Today, Sohee and I are filming a scene that requires us to pretend we're having a heated argument. The director gives us our cues, and I can already feel the excitement bubbling inside me.
"Okay, Sohee, you're supposed to be super frustrated with Jungkook, while he's just being a determined lover." the director explains, motioning for us to start.
I take a deep breath, glancing over at Sohee, who's casually sipping her drink, a cheeky smile playing on her lips. "You're so infuriating!" She shouts playfully, pretending to throw her hands up in exasperation.
"Me? You're the one who can't handle a little friendly banter!" I fire back, and she can't help but laugh at my perfectly timed response.
As we bicker back and forth, I notice that the camera crew is cracking up at our antics. Sohee's playful attitude fuels my energy, and suddenly, I get an idea. "You know what?" I say, striking a dramatic pose. "If you won't acknowledge how much I love you, then maybe I'll just sing it to you!"
The director raises an eyebrow, intrigued. "Alright, let's hear it!"
With a grin, I start singing the lyrics to my new song, the words flowing out effortlessly as I pour my heart into the performance:
"Weight of the world on your shoulders,
I kiss your waist and ease your mind..."Sohee's eyes widen in surprise, but she quickly recovers, pretending to roll them in annoyance. "Oh, please, don't make this about your sappy love songs!"
But I continue, ignoring her playful jabs, getting into the rhythm of the moment. "Think I met you in another life, So break me off another time..."
I see her trying to stifle a smile, and it only drives me to sing louder. Our friendship is undeniable; the restaurant setting transforms into our stage, and I'm loving every second of it.
We finish the scene with laughter echoing through the restaurant, and I can't help but feel grateful for moments like these. "That was amazing!" Sohee exclaims, wiping a tear from her eye from laughing so hard. "I didn't know you had it in you!"
"Neither did I," I reply, grinning at her.
