A boy was sitting on a wheelchair, he had a bandana over his eyes. He then head footsteps "Who's there..?" He asked not worrying about turning. It was three men in all black suits, they all bowed to him as if he was a monarch.
"Sir...we have report about the Orion Foundation, Miss Irina has failed so the Orion Foundation is in full control by her eldest son-" the dressed in black said until he was interrupted by the boy in the wheelchair hand raise "I expected as much, Hikaru and his friends did amazing from what I saw..." the boy said "That said, the council has asked for you to appearance.
